Heather, I thank GOD for your beautiful spirit and for this gift to us all, but I feel it is a gift sent this morning from The Heart of GOD to me. I listened closely to the lyrics and each one truly IS "The will of GOD." I will need to listen to this song at least 15 more times and perhaps daily for a long while, to get these truths deep in my spirit. I can't even thank you enough!! I love this song. It is so full of helpfulness and wisdom. I love all of H. Schopf's music. I will be purchasing a CD soon so I can hear this in the car when I have to run my disabled daughter to school occasionally - 42 minutes away. She and I can be filled with beautiful God honoring music as we ride along. Makes the ride seem shorter!
Had to come back and fill in some blanks. I was sexually assaulted when I was 14 by a family friend. I'm now 55, and my life has grown around that event like a tree trunk grows around and envelopes what has manually been placed in it. I've wanted to confront this man all my life and always stopped short. I heard this song on BBN radio here in High Point, NC and at first it was the harmonies that caught my attention. I called the station to find out who was singing and they pointed me to your website. When I listened to the song again, I was really convicted by the words, right from God's Word ... You desire truthfulness that comes from deep inside. I wrote a letter to my abuser that night and 3 days later I located his house, drove hours away, knocked on his door, read my letter, and got in my car and drove away, free. The consequences of his choices will never leave me, but my desire for revenge has. I told him I was forgiven by my good and gracious God and that I was extending that forgiveness to him. This ... this is the will of God. Thank you a hundred times over for this song of wisdom. ☝️❤

I often chuckle when I hear a young person ( or older person ) say they are searching for the will of God...when as your song indicates...The Word of God contains all that God desires for us to know. God does not wring his hands worrying that we will fall outside His will, because God always takes us back when we go outside His will. Your song comforts those who are outside God's will and those who want to be in God's will. Thank you again for wonderful words and A Capella music.
