Sir should miscellaneous and other income be adjusted while calculating 198? For example interest on security deposits. It would be helpful if you can share your perspective.
@@capramodjain3720 My view: income on security deposits adjusted due to ind as 109 is not due to mgmt decisions hence to be treated as deducted from pbt. Same is the case for miscellaneous income. Because tomorrow if ROC questions then we should be ready with reply. Am I on the right track Sir? Sir your video opened a new dimension for me.

Sir, Is interest on loans which has been capitalised in the books be deducted while calculating net profits?
Yes, if it is real one, then it should not be. But if it is only as an adjustment, then it should not.
