    Sir, Is interest on loans which has been capitalised in the books be deducted while calculating net profits?

    • @capramodjain3720
      @capramodjain3720  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, if it is real one, then it should not be. But if it is only as an adjustment, then it should not.

    Whether Capital gain on sale of investment (Shares, MF etc.) excluded from net profit?

      Just apply the logic given in the video and you will have your answer.

      @@capramodjain3720 By applying the login given in video it appears that such income should not be included in the Profit as the sale of investment of Shares, MF etc is not a operating income of a Company. Whether this view is correct?

    Sir should miscellaneous and other income be adjusted while calculating 198?
    For example interest on security deposits. It would be helpful if you can share your perspective.

    • @capramodjain3720
      @capramodjain3720  ปีที่แล้ว

      To be included as part of section 198 profit.

      My view: income on security deposits adjusted due to ind as 109 is not due to mgmt decisions hence to be treated as deducted from pbt.
      Same is the case for miscellaneous income.
      Because tomorrow if ROC questions then we should be ready with reply.
      Am I on the right track Sir?
      Sir your video opened a new dimension for me.
