They promotes better sleep and are good for eye sight, osteoporosis, healthy skin and hair. I try to eat figs a few times a week as a snack! Ayaz your videos pay attention to many details. The visual and sound qualities are extraordinary. The beef ribs and vegetable bulgar looked scrumptious. The ribs looked juicy and scrumptious 🤤. I’m not a very big meat eater but I would have certainly enjoyed this meal 😍! Your grandchildren are very good eaters and you can see how much they enjoy eating your cooking. I saw my Orthopedist tomorrow to schedule my shoulder surgery. My surgery is October 15th. I had to get clearance from my primary care physician for surgery. I’m not looking forward to having another surgery because I have trouble with an anesthesia but I’m having daily chronic pain that needs to end. I’m blessed that God walks with me daily and He with guide me through this surgery. I’m looking forward to resting and watching your videos as I recuperate. You’re very talented in sewing, as well as, cooking and baking. Your fig pastries look delicious 😋. Figs are good for the heart and digestive system. They promotes better sleep and are good for eye sight, osteoporosis, healthy skin and hair. I try to eat figs a few times a week as a snack! Ayaz your videos pay attention to many details. The visual and sound qualities are extraordinary. The beef ribs and vegetable bulgar looked scrumptious. The ribs looked juicy and scrumptious 🤤. I’m not a very big meat eater but I would have certainly enjoyed this meal 😍! Your grandchildren are very good eaters and you can see how much they enjoy eating your cooking. I saw my Orthopedist tomorrow to schedule my shoulder surgery. My surgery is October 15th. I had to get clearance from my primary care physician for surgery. I’m not looking forward to having another surgery because I have trouble with an anesthesia but I’m having daily chronic pain that needs to end. I’m blessed that God walks with me daily and He with guide me through this surgery. I’m looking forward to resting and watching your videos as I recuperate.
