This is without a doubt one of my favorite post puppy videos. They are beginning to explore everything and moving with greater stability. Loulou is still the best mama ever. I knew right from the beginning that Loulou would be an excellent mommy...and look at her now. She's so peaceful, yet playful and attentive with her babies. Loulou is a better mom than some of these humans. They're all so cute!
It’s so much fun watching each puppy develop his/her own little personality. And, no need to wash LouLou’s dish as she licks is very clean. All puppies: WE LOVE OUR MOMMY!
I’ve seen many videos where the mothers looked very tired and somewhat bullied by their puppies in the latter stages of nursing, esp. ones allowed to nurse too long.. You did an awesome job of weaning the pups Elise, and it shows on Loulou’s face. She can enjoy her puppies as much as you do now, a rare treat for Our Dearly Beloved Loulou. My mom & I had a full blood named Chucky for many years. He was so loving and you could see his love in those beautiful brown eyes. My mom and I cried for many months after we had to put him to sleep due to him hurting his back. Worst time of my life. Try to stop them from jump down from things to prevent injuries to their backs. I miss him dearly still!
