Alexis, I'm hoping you see this comment. I came across you momentarily last night. As a short summary if I may, I'm a single mother of two young children, I have Asperger's, ADD, auditory processing disorder and hearing loss, also I have been in counseling for trauma for three years now and I'm continuing education as a new psychology major. Despite therapy, resources, life coaches; I haven't been able to create any structure or order at all and all I can say is after watching two videos I sobbed with joy. I have never seen such sincerity in anyone's approach like yours in coaching from a place of genuine guidance. You are God's answer to my prayers. I've spent years attempting to practice and develop myself with no success or real understanding and I achieved that in just a little of maybe 30 minutes of listening to a couple of your videos. Step 1: Experiment on several routines to find the perfect one Step 2: Commitment e.g. I won't stop until 35 YT videos, after that I will reconsider Step 3: Weekly reset (reflection, planning, etc) Step 4: Besides putting the goals in the calendar, also put the action items
I'm living my dream life thanks to your OG goal setting workbook. I had never been able to set goals in my life and didn't even know what I wanted. I'm so grateful to you and have loved your content ever since. The interesting thing is that if you were stuck in a rut for a while, it can be really hard to keep up with the changes you're making mentally. Like I know I'm living my dream life right now but I keep having thoughts and reactions from my old, limiting life. I'll somehow need to train my brain to be free of these thought patterns and fully process my new reality. Would love to hear your thoughts on that. ❤

Loving hearing how you changed your life. And love how you keep it concise and don't fill out with waffle. I accidentlly did the first thing in the morning priority a few weeks ago and was amazed at what I managed to do. I am experimenting with different approaches right now, but that is definitely one to stay.
