It's going to make me sad watching this, it looks almost identical to mine and I'm in the process of taking it down due to cost, getting older, a beautiful grandaughter who would benefit a pool in its space. My koi went yesterday, 4 goldfish being collected this morning. Sad times but we have to adjust to our lives
@@stevewillard24 hi wondering is the construction still good and strong love the set up I'm basing my new venture as yours just 10ft long though Cheers

Hi did did you put the liner directly against the block, as i was told the block would cut the liner thanks
No i put attic lagging under it and sand in the edges
Nice!
Do I use building sand or sharp sand to build the blocks with?
Builders Sand, otherwise known as Soft Sand
@@stevewillard24 cheers.
Hello, how did you get the liner to stick on top of the bricks then put the wood?
The wood holds the liner down it is screwed in place.
@@stevewillard24 Thanks for the response!!
@@stevewillard24 Do you screw the wood into the blocks?
@@casey6588 yes with plugs as well
Excellent video and pond.

Will do something similar, but longer. No reinforced base I see. No sagging or any other negative side effects ?
Reinforced base? Do you mean a concrete slab?
