Looks like a great unit! But will the 45mm hose Chuck all your heat outside? From your central heating? Thanks

No the exhaust radiates heat into the home. The only heat it purges is The heat to purge moisture from the wheel. A lot of heat is retained due to latent heat retention and residual heat in the wheel put back into the process air flow.

I’d be interested in knowing what volume of air gets exhausted out of the property per hour as that will then be pulled in and will be freezing cold?

I did buy one from you and haven’t been able to get hold of you, I think the unit is faulty! It literally doesn’t feel as tho is removing any moisture?? Does anyone ever answer the phone ☎️ at your place I have left messages and haven’t had a reply.

@@craigbrown3114 , Good question. Some clearly is but most is via water vapour.

@@vw_mods_4711 , did you ever get this sorted? I represent the sector and sit on some govt working groups regarding retrofit and I think this sort of product is very useful for more airtight homes; however, not if there's no product support!

They only recommend about 500mm from memory and say do not extend the pipe. Mine doesn’t work £450 down the crapper
