A month in Valencia, Spain | Part 3

Part 3 of my month in Spain with the same old gang from the other videos. De, Blago, Niki, and Jose. We all decided to go hiking together in a very looking rainforest area. My friend De then taught us how use his sound meditation bowl and it was a way for us to find peace from all the walking and hiking we did. I hope it gives you peace as well and also a little lesson on how to use a meditation bowl, if you've ever wanted to invest in one.
