Love watching you do your thing. Old school skills with a tight board and all it takes to be a Top40 DJ comparable to the greats of the 60s and 70s. You are a great communicator.
Thanks legend, enjoyed watching your airchecks too!
This is fantastic! Haven't seen this kind of board work since watching 70s-90s stuff. Awesome voice, too.
Love the top of the hour stinger. It used to the stinger played on 95.5 WPLJ New York, New York!
Never seen Radio DJ used to it's extreme like this before....... superb !!
Loving it. You’ve got the gift. Making it look easy Jack. Hope you are going further into broadcasting. Pump some of those tunes into a 50,000 watt transmitter. For now we’re loving you with Ron and the gang
So, here's the progression: I read an ad for a radio personality and wondered what an air check sounded like. I land here on YT and click on Jack Girling's awesome display of radio personality, and the next thing I know, I'm tuning in live to Fun Tower Radio....only to be blown away by the soundtrack of my high school years. It's been an awesome day after all.
Love the compressor
how cool is this doing the best job in the world. On air presenter going live on radio entertaining the listening audience. I am also a radio broadcaster/on air presenter working for a government owned radio station in PNG -NBC PNG
Jumpin' Jack's Flashbacks - You are doing great man - Love Your way of making radio - Just like me ;) Finn from Radio ALR Denmark
I listen to your inclusions and amazed at the skill. I've been working on line air for a long time, and I'm inspired by your work. Thank you.
Great job Man!! Wonderful studio!!!
Good kid! I want his jingle package!!! Great production, Mate!
Tight show! And it's always good to see a fellow RadioDJ user!
the way you airing & handling the console 🤩👍🏼 good job
Good onya, Mate! Luvvv the Aussie accent.
Crikey sport, great work there Jack by the way, the board I used at community radio here down under was about 3 times the size. Same amount of gear but your panel is condensed down to nothing. The studio was pre CD it has all the new stuff now, plus everything else is on screen as well. I was taught old school with two reel to reel units for access programs, turntables, not the belt version though, thankfully. lol. Oh and the cartridges for sponsorships. Good old days.
Great Audio Chain !!! Nice Work !
It would be so strange to me to be in those shoes today. I was a commercial broadcaster from 1974 through 1992. I can't even imagine stepping into those shoes today. I'd be a greenhorn, with 17 years' experience.
We actually played records until the 1990s. Imagine that.
This is fantastic stuff!
I like how your console is setup with your mics to the right. It's seems really ergonomic. Love watching these airchecks.
We do things different down under!
love it very energetic. great vibes. whats the name of the radio console, and automation system,
Great my friend jack
Hi im Edmilson Mclaren from Brazil
I love it, you are really good, how can I hear your podcast and you radio_
I've been on the air for 30 years and I don't have 10 percent of the skills needed to do a show this tightly...
Hello, love your setup. What console are you using.
Bad ass!!!
Great stuff Jack. Enjoy your show from the States. How does a young person pick up this gift?
Sounding great! What mic processor do you use?
Cool!
Hi Jack! Great Aircheck. I've got a question: Do you have soundproceccing on your headphone, and if so, what soundprocessing do you use, and if there is any latency (delay)?
good stuff
❤❤❤❤
Who does your jingles, voicers, sweepers?
Jam
Good kereeen,i from Indonesian
Great video, Jack! Thank you for sharing. Quick question: Do you know where those artist shouts (The Beatles! or Elton John!) are from? They sound like JAM or TM to me and would love to confirm. Thanks!
Hi Jay, not sure sorry mate
@@jackfmnz No problem! Thanks for responding. Keep up the great videos :)
