I was playing a multiplayer game a couple days back and i got RPD on stage 3. I kid you not, even with two people, i got TWO shrines of order and two TC drones. 😢
This might be a but if a stretch, but naming your DnD rat Hercule Poirat would be pretty funny alternatively, because its a detective rouge, Ratman would be kinda fitting
I've got a Starfinder game that I GM, and the group of players I have is honestly quite insane in my opinion. I've got 8 players. Only two of them have class overlap, but they're playing with different end goals for their characters. One of my players is playing a homebrewed species that I whipped up quickly. The class list is Biohacker, Operative x2, Mechanic, Technomancer Soldier, Precog, and Vanguard. Oh boy, this game is fun, and we're only 3 sessions in.
Hey race! I notice you tend to leave tentabauble on the ground a lot and not pick them up before. Is it because you want to save chronobaubles you might encounter in the future for green scrap, or is it because chronobauble is better against umbral mithrix?
played a homebrew cat race (like domesticated cats that got magical fae sentience) rogue/ranger with psychic powers for a campaign that's on break, one day i'll play her again! sometimes it's fun to just be a creature that stabs things
I named my Ratfolk Ninja "Koros" It's literally just the Japanese word "korosu" (means "kill") but I chopped the subtle 'u' off and English-ified the pronunciation. Nobody figured it out. I thought I was just being bad at naming.
If the player was able to play off of auri, like procing their abilities off of her attacks or something, it would be a way to make her good while still requiring skill so it doesn't simplify the boss fights but still provides value. Kinda like an engineer turret maybe?
I always feel so much pain for you on these bloom runs. Not sure if you're looking for suggestions for the rat name, but I'd probably go with Lewis of Francois.
Hello, I don't know if the rat name conundrum has been solved because I don't watch Twitch often, but may I suggest the name Bartholomew P. Rat (or Chris P. Rat but the actor is kinda meh)? Idk but it seems nice, there's also a Reepicheep (who is actually mouse in Narnia) if you want to be a distinguished person using literary references.
I've never actually played DND before, but I've been Invited to a group because of my interest of the game. Because it's my first time it's a small campaign so we have an idea of how we want everything to run but as of Right now i'm a Dragon Born Bard
the curse of strahd campaign I'm in has pretty much become a scooby doo episode instead of a horror campaign, like my character is a god damn wild magic gunslinger what is this vampire shit
With movement items being so important and Bloom easily eating them all, what would be a character that has enough movement to get by with having no mobility whites and only having access to reds? Is there any character that can actually overcome that crippling flaw of Bloom?
Every character can overcome it because headset is available in the pool, but sometimes it can be a little dangerous in that transitional phase where your build isn't perfect yet and you lost your mobility. I will say with sots items having growth nectar we may see that be activatable with bloom which is a speed boost!
when fighting against vanilla mithrix its almost always a free pick up if you can successfully keep him rooted with your abilities. I wouldn't pick it up in umbral very often because the invincible clones can't be rooted and those are the scary ones. i also feel like its great to leave on the ground for a recycler if youre looking for a polylute or plasma shrimp, and also if you can't use it well id rather have chrono or just an excess of green scrap if i dont want that either
Would you consider streaming/recording the dnd campaign? I love the interactions you have with others and think it would be really cool to watch. I understand if you want to keep it private though.
What's everyone's fav class in dnd? Mine's Paladin. I'm meant to be playing an oath of devotion Paladin who follows a book on philosophy and morals instead of a god in an upcoming campaign
Rat detective takes a drag off of a mozzarella stick "this city is dirty, and they need a squeaker like me to find the scum"
The rat character thing is very adorable, I'm glad you're doing that
I love the ending being edited like Railgunner's m1 *was* Race's ship. She just flew away, no need to charge the ship lol
1:26 I was turned into my second least favorite enemy in existence and then executed shortly after.
A merciful death
I played a barbarian rat in one campaign of mine, and it was awesome.
When you realize Race has been doing a Rat impression this whole time

I'm a head stee fan
I love your thumbnails!
Biggest takeaway from this is that Race is only more and more pog for playing D&D
Reject 5e. Embrace Pathfinder
Rat character? Investigator?
Swisslock Holmes
2:04 i called them headstompers from when i started bcus its an exotic from destiny
that makes sense
I’ve always called it head steps bc your stepping on heads when you do the ground stomp

Both

Dude this is so cool I watch a lot of your videos and had no idea you were a dnd fan
my rat is doing well this campaign
Every time race says he’s going “lose” because umbral mithrix 🙄
hey, it can happen..
I named my Ratfolk Ninja "Koros"

9:27 wait what? DIO is on the campaign? Now thats wholesome

I'm not gonna lie I had no idea bloom could take scrap
OMG IM BLOOMING
What are your thoughts on railgunners m1 ? Would you change it if you could ?
Nah it’s good for mobility being able to push yourself around is fun
Do you have any tips on railgunner because I have been having trouble on eclipse with her

Periwinkle is a peak rat name ngl, just like chill and normal but for a DnD ray it would go crazy 😂
race will you trying out the fathomless voidling mod once it reaches 1.0? 🤨
I premiered the release of the mod actually on twitch for charity
the curse of strahd campaign I'm in has pretty much become a scooby doo episode instead of a horror campaign, like my character is a god damn wild magic gunslinger what is this vampire shit

never called head stompers headset when i started i just called it head st
Is it a mod eclipse 8 golden badge in game or is this new update ?
i wanna ask when you should and shouldnt pick up tentabauble. i notice you either leave it or pick it up.
when fighting against vanilla mithrix its almost always a free pick up if you can successfully keep him rooted with your abilities. This is possibly being talked about!

The day I’m not a rogue is the day I die
Why not pick up the Vrit as Railgunner? Does normal crit have potentially more value?
White scrap and recycler
Also, Vrit is just bad.
Name him Ratthew
I’ve been calling head set stompeez bc of destiny
