Always good to see these new builds start with frame protection. Bikes are so expensive I don't see why everyone doesn't do this.
They honestly should just come from the factory that way.

I acually wonder why people do it :) I mean... you probably got a CC frame to save 250grs and then you put an extra 300grs of protection on it. It's a mountain bike. It's meant to be ridden hard and get destroyed :)
@@denduro I’ll be honest, I used to feel the same way. But that was when I would keep a bike forever. For me, the biggest reason now is for resale. It’s way easier to sell a bike after a year of riding it, when it basically still looks new.

Always feeling weird to mix "component brands" , SRAM with Shimano with Hope on a side, Burgtec with OneUp on the other side with Reserve for the wheels ... I understand the idea of taking the best of each brand but using Burgtec just for the seat/chain ring/top cap... Why ?
