Utopia Studios Bearsville, owned and operated by multi-platinum studio and live engineer Pete Caigan, is located at the iconic Utopia Complex in Woodstock, NY. We offer cutting-edge facilities for music, film production, rehearsals, and live recording from the Bearsville Theater. Equipped with everything artists and producers need to create their next masterpiece - a spacious live room, an entire lighting grid, and an API AXS Legacy Recording Console. Built by Albert Grossman as part of the Bearsville Recording Empire, with architectural design by John Storyk, this unique space was once operated by Radio Woodstock as their broadcast facility and music production house from 2003 to 2019 and served as Todd Rundgren's studio. Caigan's engineering experience with artists like Sarah McLachlan and countless live recordings make Utopia an unparalleled destination for filming, high-fidelity audio recording, and creative exploration.
