Garrett George Oh yes, Pickman's Model is definitely one of the best as well as "The Colour out of Space". That had been the very first story of Lovecraft I'd stumbled upon in my teens and that's where I fell for him and his stories 😁👌

By the way, I believe bas-relief is pronounce "bah-relief" rather than "bass-relief," I wouldn't bring it up if it weren't for the fact that lovecraft used the word obsessively in this story.
I hear that word in my head as someone mimicking a sheep. BAAAAHHH🐑! Annoying AF but I can't help it 😄
