The only compromise is staying away from family, otherwise life is so easy here and people are happy. I moved here 15 years ago, now we don’t even feel that we are away from our country. It takes hardly two years to get used to things like food and transportation and then you are all set. Monday-Friday just work come back, talk to kids, prepare dinner and eat, pack leftovers for lunch next day and sleep , then comes the weekend, you do laundry cleaning eat outside meet friends and go watch movies, go to kids activities, grocery and that’s it. If you are doing right things then no one is coming here to bother you.
Practical, informative n helpful. Make it part of d profession, get grant, study immigrants of different level bt precautions: don't get caught in the web of formalities / since practical info is d soul of yr works.

I personally feel that north indians aren't cooperative to each other where as peoples from South India are very much friendly and cooperative to each other at least for those who are from their own native states. Whereas peoples from Northern states of India, they are least bother of people of their native states. I am from delhi since my childhood and observed that all states of South has their states association like peoples from TN they have Tamil Sangam at RK Puram, from Karnataka they also have a Karnataka Bhavan at Moti Bagh Chowk and from Gujarat they have Gujarat Bhavan at Raj Nivas Marg near Ludlow's Castle so on but people from other states don't have such type of bonding with each other. People's from Bengal, they also have their Kali Bari in each districts of Delhi and New Delhi. Different language people's don't like to interact with other states people's in India. If two three bengali meet and in their group one person is non bengali. They do not like to speak in common language in which the non Bengali is comfortable. They once start to interact with each other in Bengali, then do not bother of fourth person who is non Bengali. Both of you now at Dallas, TX, USA?
