No ground loop isolator installed, that means you are dealing with humming noise. You never showed that in the video either, you probably cut that part out.

Buen video, creo que tienes un error al momento de etiquetar el GND cómo "-12v" de esa forma le estarias ntroducioneo una tensión de 24v en lugar de 12. Se quema el integrado.
Sin mencionar que conecto el regulador directo sin los capacitores.

You need a ground loop isolator. Without that you will always get that humming noise, even when nothing is played.
