Pro Tip from Reddit: Use a blowtorch and chop off the fender where the alarms are attached on *most* cars in teardown, also, you only have to do the yellow dots, the white ones are optional, except in one level, level 19, where you do 3 yellow primary targets, and 2 white "optional" ones, but in that level the 2 whites are not optional, you just get to choose which 2 you wanna do. But remember, this is YBR, he's always gonna do things the interesting way, rather than the lame way I do things

I'm pretty sure these is a bunker at the home warehouse where you can reload. I don't know if it's opened later with how the game updates it as you progress through jobs, but you could look around in the corners of the yard outside for steps down to one.
