I am facing an issue in my solar invertor SRNE 5.5kw. inverter is showing current on Neutral. Even invertor is properly grounded. And all load or input wire disconnected from invertor .any one can help

Using 3kw SRNE, facing an issue! Error 9, which means pv over voltage only at 90+ volt! Although it says 100V but actually it can handle only 90v.
