    INGREDIENTS:
    - 6 eggs
    - 70g sweetener
    - 50g rice flour
    - 35g oat flour
    - 25g cocoa
    - 20g carob flour
    - 10g baking powder
    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
    2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sweetener together until well combined.
    3. In a separate bowl, sift together the rice flour, oat flour, cocoa, carob flour, and baking powder.
    4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth and well combined.
    5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM:
    - 400g cream cheese
    - 250g sugar-free chocolate (melted)
    - 10g cocoa powder
    - Sweetener to taste
    1. Start by melting the sugar-free chocolate. You can do this by breaking the chocolate into small pieces and melting it gently in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Once melted, set aside to cool slightly.
    2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese , cocoa and sweetener until smooth and creamy.
    3. Gradually add the the cream cheese to the melted chocolate, mixing continuously until well combined.
    4. Transfer the chocolate cream to a piping bag or use a spatula to spread it over your cooled sugar-free chocolate cake.
