The way Richard shows how to hook a worm I've tried hooking them the same way and have lost worms. Only way I'll hook worms the way you showed us Richard is on a soft plastic finesse worm with trophy bass by procure. No offense Richard hooking live worms the way you showed us sadly doesn't work well for me. 🤷🤷🤷

I remember when I first started fishing I was looking up everything I could about fishing and lures and bought something from every video. My son has picked up an interest in fishing and I always want to at least get a couple of fish for him to reel every time we go out and not get skunked. Live worms have always produced more than my stockpile of artificial lures and will always choose it over artificial for him

I love that you give them a sporting chance. A lot of people are lead into using heavier tackle to catch usually 1-8 lb bass (rarely bigger) and honestly I think it’s kind of sad. I wish more people thought that way, I have medium and medium heavy gear cuz I got roped into that thought pattern when I started fishing but thanks to you I’ve started using smaller hooks and crushing the barb to give them a chance, and it honestly makes it more fun. When I have more money I’ll absolutely get some light tackle because it just looks so frickin fun!

As the owner of a small bait and tackle store I can tell y'all we need you way more than Wally World - AND guarantee you will have a much better customer service experience with folks like us than Wal Mart! There has got to be some mom and pop bait and tackle shops around where you are - come on and show them a little love. Thanks buddy!

The more you fish the better you will get at it. I’ve been fishing my entire life but recently got into bass fishing. I was discouraged the first year but I stayed at it. I’m not good at it by any means but I’m a lot better than I was

I caught a 2 1/2 lb bass on a bream hook yesterday…..I must say it was fun bringing it in…and the real surprise is that the hook was under his mouth not in it I Dnt know how that happened

One of my favorite ways to fish I use 2 hooks a # 6 for head of worm & a size smaller for tail of worm 3 inches of line between hooks sometimes the fish will grab tail of worm and you will miss the fish 2 hooks will stop this
