Is having anxiety the same as being anxious as in worrying and thinking too much? Or is it some type of uneasy/unsettling feeling in the body as if something is moving inside your body irritating you?

My daughter went in to brain surgery yesterday and all felt close to lost. But God guided the surgeon’s hands so that I could kiss my sweet Stella again. We prayed and prayed and cried and cried. I've been struggling with anxiety. I had sleepless nights coz my mind's full of intrusive thoughts. Almost blind with His works and deaf with His voice. But the Holy Spirit keeps calling me. He keeps on doing His ways to keep me by His side. He always keep me safe.

I suffered many years with chronic pain, also had a life threatening disease and for 15 yrs I had insomnia I would stay awake from 1-3 days at a time in so much pain I had anxiety which at the time I did not recognize it as the spirit of fear I also became very depressed with all the suffering it got to where almost everything that came out of my mouth negative I wasn’t speaking life and blessings over me I was speaking about what I was going through and how much pain I was enduring, my health was diminishing and even though I believed God was going to heal me I wasn’t speaking His Word over my life so nothing was changing I didn’t know how to change what was coming out of my mouth, I knew that I had a negative out look on life but couldn’t stop, it’s like my spirit man was asleep until I heard a pastor speak about life and death is in the power of the tongue which is talked about in (James ch.3) even though I was familiar with this scripture I wasn’t taking heed to what was coming out of my mouth till one night back in 2017 I turned on the TV and came across a Pastor ‘RON CARPENTER’ that was teaching on a series called ‘ANGELS GO’ as I listened to him the presence of God fell on me I hadn’t been stirred up in the spirit like this in years! I was awakened in my spirit man a light came on and from that night my life started turning around, I ordered this series of teaching DVDs on Angels Go and when I started listening to them I would listen over and over daily I was so hungry to learn! the lies of the enemy were being torn down as God was teaching me the truth, I started speaking healing scriptures over myself and learned how to use my angels that God had assigned to us to aid us in life but we have to learn how to send them out on assignment or they just sit there and watch the demons run all over our life! Angels only heed the Word of God and God has a military of angels to go and fight your battles so we have to learn to speak the Word of God then send our angels to go perform Gods Word. PSALM 103:20-21. BLESS THE LORD, YOU HIS ANGELS, WHO EXCELL IN STRENGTH, WHO DO HIS WORD. BLESS THE LORD ALL YOU HIS HOSTS, YOU MINISTERS🔥 OF HIS (angels) WHO DO HIS PLEASURE. I am now healed from disease, healed from chronic back and neck pain, healed from psoriatic arthritis, healed from much trauma that took place growing up, I am no longer tormented nightly with insomnia, fear doesn’t not live in my home and lie to me anymore! Thankful Blessed I hear you and know what you’re going through I suffered over 25 years of pain in my body I would pray, go up to alter at church to get prayer but nothing would change I fell away from church things got much worse, it wasn’t until I started daily speaking scripture over me and speaking love into my body and telling my body to line up with the Word of God. The Holy Spirit has taught me to saturate when needed. I put this on repeat (any song I need to just get soaked in) sometimes all day and days if needed - it’s my statement into the spirit world first (I only want His peace, My Prince of Peace is who I want to be with, who I run to in times of overwhelming emotions).
I had a heavy depression for one year. I did got to the hospital, It was a hard fight. I found my identity in Christ and Jesus began to heal from my depression. Now I'm no longer depressed anymore, I'm very thankful that Jesus wanted to heal me. His name is powerful. He is Lord.

One thing that's given me greater peace is actually evangelizing and serving and ministering to others. I get mentally and emotionally out of wack when I don't do those things. It's something we were made to do and when we neglect it things go haywire. At least that's something that's helped me in my own life lately.
