I don't know what you did or how your pc is working but your RAM is DDR4 and your motherboard is DDR5. They simply aren't compatible with each other.

How did you fit DDR4 ram on a DDR5 montherboard, please swap them out and check for damage. I honesty don’t even know how the pc turned on
