@@philipcollins3849 I’ve never had a service route but have serviced a lot of units all over the country, when I started in the game they service guys worked in pairs and had runs of 60 or so, now days it’s twice that with people working alone.
I much preferred two men working I always felt safer but I understand the economics of the situation as for the belts on the gen2 when thay first came out thay never came with a wire monitoring system and so had to be retrofitted I always felt it was funny because Otis tried to get the customer to pay for it
