Only idiots would think PH junglers can't play assassins. They just follow the meta, but they are lethal assassin users.

So many filipino pros are very good at assassins. KarlTzy, KyleTzy, Kairi, Hadess, MPTheKing, and many more are currently some of the best right now. Some other great PH assassin users in history are Wise (he is actually an assassin user but he had to go for mm or tank because of veenus' hero pool), Hadji and Hate (both current midlaners that used to be great junglers as well), Kielvj (another really good assassin user during his execration days before switching to midlane and now exp lane), Prime H2WO (he's kinda washed now), and many, many more. Even Pheww was also a great fanny player back then in very early seasons of MPL PH
PH junglers/players are actually better than ID when it comes to Assassins. Albert is ID's best Assassin player. Kairi and Karl destroyed Albert.

I think currently kyle is overall a better jungeler than kairi rn. He's proven himself with utility junglers in tank meta and is also performing rn with assassins. Kairi might still be a better assassin player but kyle is definitely a way better utility jungeler and is not that far off in assassins too so

Can you tell me how Moonton came out of this idea buff assassins to bring back Indo winner? I mean are they mad or just a puppet. They just forget that PH has more and better assassin pro player than Indo & they are litterlay top class : Karltzy, Kyletzy, Demonkite, 1rrad, Sensui, KingKong, Hades, MPtheKing etc...
Even Kairi is from PH. Doesn't matter which meta is this, PH can make everything into meta. Their skills and adaptability is on next level. Accept it and praise it.

PH just doesnt play assasins cuz its easier to counter it unlike utility or tank jungle. Tank/Utility can support the team and CC enemies making fights better and make core decisionmaking better instead of thinking what mechanics or combo to use. Assasins however doesnt really that much utility and needs roam or mage to have CC in order for the draft to be good against enemies, assasins are also squishy.
Overall
Utility/Tank Jungle = better CC better team support + other lanes can use high damage heroes cuz jungle can CC
Assasins
highest damage, less CC, less team support other lanes have to use heroes with CC or even a tank
