@25mfd No, he does not. First: theres no piping, so he could only use a non hydraulic-moveable grading bucket. Which doent make any sense. second: the material seems to be very hard. a toothless grinding bucket probably just cant to the job. third: otherwise its just roughly digged. other material will be used to grade the slope i think
