      @@amakem2425 Thanks. Values will be very close. However. nonlinear fit will give you more accurate results than linear one.

      Thanks for your interest. From this video, it is seen that the non-linear equation of Langmuir qe = qmaxKC/(1+KC), therefore, qe is directly proportional to qmax. i.e., qmax is the saturated level concentration where a monolayer has been formed and qe has achieved a maximum surface coverage. I am in the process of communicating my first paper.       Thanks. It means adsorbate adsorb onto the adsorbent by forming monolayer onto heterogeneous surface.

    I tried to plot the langmuir model but the graph is plotted upside down, as if the X axis is up and not down,
    where is the error? thank you

    Thank you very much for the explanation, but the Freundlich equation is C^(1/n) and in the video it shows C^n. So the value of b in the equation is (1/n), correct?

      I have used classical Freundlich equation but you can use nonclassical form qe = k* Ce ^1/n

    When I perform this fitting function on my data it does not fit. What may be the problem ? Is there some prblem with my data points ?

      Thanks. Because isotherm models are originally derived in the nonlinear form. Linear form is mathematical conversion only.

    Thanks for the video Sir, I have a doubt, I have applied both linear and non-liner isotherm fitting for my adsorption experimental data. But for non-linear Langmuir, the R2 id coming -10, and for non-linear Freundlich the R2 is proper (0.98).And for linear Langmuir and Freundlich fit the R2=0.97 &0.99 respectively What could be the reason behind that Sir. Please help me out

      @@Aminulchem qe1=(KF1*Ce1^((1/n1)+x1))/(Ce1^x1+y1*Ce2^z1) where KF1,n1 we take from the fit of the single component Freundlich model and C1,C2 are the equilibrium concentrations of the two components in the bivalent system,and x1,y1,z1 are freundlich bivalent system interaction parameters.Personally i have trouble understanding when i create the equation in origin how to make it take the values of Ce2 (since i only plot the q1,Ce1 with the method shown in the video) and how to put standard values for KF1 and n1. I need to understand fitting in origin , because I couldn't fit my data through solver function in excel.. Any help would be valuable!!
