This is correct! His brother passed away in a motorcycle accident and before it happened he tried to call ronnie but he missed the call. Ronnie said he deeply regrets not picking up the phone as he feels like he could have saved his brother’s life if he had answered the phone. Edit: he talks about it in the song “Brother”

Yes, so glad you did this one! It's one of my favorites, along with the video it put it over the top for me as well. The sounds in this, plus the guitar solo aspects🔥 I appreciate when others pick up on the little things I hear as well. Ronnie's vocals in this are some of my favorite. Makes my ears melt lol. There’s this one reactor’s video that Ronnie reacted to and he started talking about/explaining auto tune because he’d seen in the comments that was talking about him using it and he basically said what you said that using auto tune will NOT make you a good singer that if you are a bad singer to start with you will still be a bad singer you’ll just have good pitch.
Oh no shit?! Well I mean Ronnie would definitely know just as well as I do that you have to be damn good for something like that to work. I’ve been in music for many years and one thing I’ve learned is you can’t make poor quality better with technology...great quality already needs to be there for it to be effective.

That second verse hits me so hard and close to home, I had a really good friend of mine call me one night but my phone was dead, the next morning my wife woke me up to tell me that he had taken his own life. i don't think auto tune was used in this ronnie has never used auto tune in any of his songs its all ronnie ronnie is a perfectionist if he thinks it a good take he'll move on
There is autotune at least in the rap part in Drugs to make that effect on his voice. Some vocal coach also said there is a little autotune in the Reimagined and that he would be better without it, as it takes something out of his naturally nice and good voice and he doesn't need it.
This song is about Ronnies Brother that passed away who was apart of the MC motorcycle club with his Dad

The music video was filmed in Ronnie's hometown (Las Vegas). And those guys riding the motorcycles are Ronnie's Dad and his motorcycle club.
