Great video. Theres another state park going on our list of places to go. We did an East Texas trip to Sam Rayburn Reservoir last year in November. They say that is the only time of year you can survive that area due to the heat, humidity and mosquitos. But the winter months are wonderful. Thanks for taking us along.
Hey y’all! I’ll have to go back and check out that video. I would imagine the summer would be a little brutal, especially if it was like this last summer. But there is a lot of shade and electricity for A/C. Now the humidity and mosquitoes are, I guess one would just have to suffer.
It was and we wish we could have stayed longer but had to move on. It is our first Texas State Park but not our last. We want to visit Palo Duro someday soon. Thanks for watching!
@@triplejsadventures4896 We love Palo Duro Canyon We have been a couple times We stayed at the Mesquite loop Camping area last time. The views are amazing. We stayed at site 90 it was a great campsite but it might be a little short for your rig.

We love the Texas state parks. We have not had a chance to get to Caddo lake yet but it looks like a very nice and relaxing park.
