Grey's has spectacular music. I think there was only one episode since the very beginning that I didn't really like any of the songs on there. I have a list on my computer with over 300 songs from the show; great for mellowing out, thinking or studying :D

some of the lyrics are wrong. It isn't "I crumble on the crash" it is "I crumble under pressure". There is a lot more like this and I would suggest researching the lyrics or listening more closely.

this is purely my intepretation of the lyrics.
At times we hurt the one we love most. and when we do, we cast doubt whether are we the ones for each other.
and when we reach out to the ones we love, they run away due to a myriad of reasons.
however i think the last stanza hints some infidelity.
If you still use this account 15 yrs later, the poster of this video projected their own problems in the lyrics. The actual lyrics are far less hinting of infidelity and more just about personal self esteem.
