@@colossaltick I think he goes a little hard on things once in a while, but for my detailed eye and tastes, Anthony is more accurate in what he calls out than many, many others. Example: the Arkham Catwoman fig by McFarlane. He was one of the ONLY reviewers who called out exactly what I noticed about the legs being far too long when I took it out of package. After all, he does customs, not just review factory-produced figs, and people who do that tend to have an eye for detail, color, proportion and how something could be done better or differently.
You're 100% on the money with this one Dave. It might just be my perception but it seems like Hasbro's made a conscious effort to make sure any re-release figures they put out due to high demand HAS to be lesser or at best equal to the original. Less deco, accessories missing, it's always something.
It’s like Mattel when they had the DC license. A bunch of reused molds and reduction of accessories. The biggest example is when they did the Super Powers line for 30 dollars a fig.

I like to think the lack of bullseye’s gun wasn’t a design decision and in fact the team stood back after packaging all the DD 3 packs and someone else shouts ‘hey….what’s the deal with this huge crate of guns?’ 😂
This version of bullseye carried a sniper rifle and tatical gear in the comics. As far as Daredevil Frank Miller use to draw him all the same red including his sticks and wire so I guess it comes down to how you like your daredevil look. The belt looks odd on this figure I think with some shading on this figure it could really pop. Elektra is nice but should of been sold a as single release or part of a daredevil wave.
Really appreciate this, thanks for saving me money. I was only getting it for DD and 90 bucks isn't worth it. I have the old Bullseye and I'm more interested in Elektra in her DD costume from the comics which I hope they do one day.

As for me, I need a Daredevil and a Bullseye for my collection (as I don't have any figures for these characters), but this is an easy pass for me. I'm not paying for half-assed figures. too late i already bought it. first thing ima do is snip that holster off bullseye’s belt. this set looks to have its ups and downs to say the least. these are the reasons why im going more with mafex: they have the articulation, extra hands, heads, weapons, effects. and with the daredevil snowball growing bigger with every announcement im hoping mafex or figuarts or somebody exceptional makes some DD figures rather than never.
I recently bought the Grey Deadpool that comes with 2 guns in his holster and for some GOD FORSAKEN REASON they were F'ing glued to the holster. It was both very risky and difficult to remove those things... Jesus Hasbro... I payed about $28 for it.
The intro was badass and I know I shouldn't even buy this Hasbro Pulse exclusive 3 pack, But to me, I really need a comic red suit Daredevil because my Walgreen's exclusive yellow/brown First Appearance Daredevil broke on me and I don't have Bullseye so I will try to get the 3 pack if I can, Fantastic honest review David.
I think we're starting to see the end of this line unfortunately. If Hasbro is going to prioritize squeezing every nickel of profit instead of appealing to an increasingly discerning collector base, eventually people are going to start tapping out. At this point I'd be happy with seeing another toy company try their hand at the Marvel license.
I'm just want the Daredevil and Electra, the Bullseye I have no desire for. The Electra I can put on my Marvel Knights display which I kinda have a bit of a Black and White theme going on with that shelf. The Daredevil, oh my God! That may be my new main Daredevil for my Collection!
It’s very true. If someone was collecting for the first time, they would have to buy a separate weapons pack to supply the figure’s that are missing them. They are Marvel Legends, not DC Multiverse, where the weapons are banned. Nice job Dave!!
You're spot on with the DD and Bullseye review. No detailing on DD and no gun for Bullseye is unacceptable for the price point. I would give that Electra a much higher score, maybe 8.5/10 or even 9/10 because those head sculpts are amazing. I will be looking at Ebay to see if I can just scoop her up.
I can see the issues within this 3 pack but Ik personally that the original Bullseye is hella money on the aftermarket and I’m willing to go with a missing gun cuz I can probably salvage one from another figure and with the lack of paint on Daredevil I’ll take my chance givin it paint but thx for the good for thoughts David you are awesome ❤️
Another GLARING PROBLEM is that "The Pre-order" was SOLD OUT! Thus how is (or was) A PRE-ORDER SOLD OUT !?!? & I didn't even get one. Still mad and still don't understand HOW WAS AN INITIAL PRE-ORDER SOLD OUT ??

Another disappointment is that they could have made bullseye an upgrade by reusing the renew your vows arms and legs to give him the stronger, hard plastic joints. They are essentially updated Sunfire mold limbs so there is no reason not to start using them with characters that don't need two crunches.

Windowless packages are such a stupid move. Mainy because they're losing sales from mint on card collectors, and double sales from people who buy two of each figure, one for mint on card and another to open. Plus if the packing had a window, you could see that Bullseye didn't have a gun...
I have ONE Bullseye, ONE Daredevil, and ONE Elektra, all from their individual releases. Why in the h*ll did Hasbro make this with all the unnecessary changes and additions, etc etc. Oh, I know, money! Satisfy the collectors or new collectors who missed out on the Man-Thing Bullseye, etc etc. Great video and you nailed it!
You know the animated iron man didn’t come with repulser blasts? lol Alot of reviewers said it was ok because collectors should already have alot of spare repulser blasts. That’s the same reason hasbro didn’t include guns. “Collectors probably already have some”😂
I’m not saying Hasbro are being passive aggressive and punishing customers for not backing the Haslab, but taking away paint and accessories feels like they’re saying, “Fine then. I hope they release the daredevil figure as a stand alone figure because I'm not gonna spend who knows how much for a 3 pack just for the daredevil figure. Just re-release the daredevil figure on its own with the same accessories and add displayed open hands, BOOM perfect daredevil figure.
I want this 3 pack but it is a bit of a let down,like yeah the no gun for bullseye like come on now i gotta dig through fodder for my old bullseye to give it his gun,electra while nice ida preffered her in her classic red,now i gotta paint and watch i feel like soon as i do theyll release her again in red,daredevil i dig the new buck and articulation but hell screw those 2 non poseable staff effects coulda just gave us 1 bendy wire like the mezco one and jeez coulda put some linening on those dds cause you can barely make em out another thing i gotta touch up and again theyll probably re release it with the mods and up charge cause its what people want
I'm gonna keep it 💯, I was never interested in this 3 pack. Bullseye is just a repaint and in my opinion, it's not an upgrade. Electra, on the other hand, is actually an upgrade but I only need one Electra in my collection, and I prefer the red classic costume over the white one. Now when it comes to DD himself, I found the figure to look quite disappointing and it's not only because of the muted colors (though that plays a big part) but it's the mold itself. If renew your vowels Spider-Man is supposed to be the definitive Spidey, then this buck is too small for DD. In my opinion, he needed to be on the new Vulcan body, just swap the feet for the new Spidey feet, and he'd be perfect.
I got my Red DD from the Defenders 4 pack. I'm pretty happy with that one. This set is flawed, the Elektra and Bullseye aren't the definitive versions, and the Red DD sells the set. Its flawed, overpriced, and yet it sold out lol. No gun, No unmasked head for DD.
I think one Figure is Missing one pair of the left hands which is really Important for the Display. But i needed daredevil and Mafex or SHF are too far away to Release one😒
RNV body is good, but the shoulders are terrible, they give the body such a bad silhouette. If they swap them with retro falcon's shoulders it would iöprove the silhouette waaaay more. I know it because I just saw a great retro symbiote spidey custom where they used retro falcon shoulders. It looks so damn good. Trust me guys that's the way to do.
I really hope they'll release a single carded release of the daredevil cause he looks awesome but I don't quite want to get that three pack just for him
Hasbro's been duping collectors for a long time, it just highlighted right now because of the price cost. Since the windowless packaging, hasbro's been committing false advertising by putting in a 3d rendition of the character in their box art far from the actual product collectors would get. Sometimes in those previews they will display it some weapons or including an extra accessories or hands etc. Then with the final product on hand collectors will just barely notice the missing parts or accessories. SMH.
Dave, I highly suggest you get the select beta ray bill and then you will see what real value for money is. That daredevil is the laziest thing I've seen, for such a long waited release. Not to mention how they keep using the same body for every female figure for the past 10 years. Did you see the gi Joe Zarana and how much articulation they packed in? And people keep praising the marvel team for giving them double elbows every now and then. Nice review btw, subbed.
I get your disappointment, Dave. And more power to you and anyone else who doesn’t think this is worth the value. But I’ve been wanting at least 2 of these figures for a very long time lol. And I do feel that the new head sculpts and bodies compensate for the subjectively lackluster bullseye. And I never thought we’d get that full hair-head sculpt for Elektra. I have so many plans for that one lol. So yeah I kinda subscribe to the idea that costs are going to go into certain details and take away from others. But that’s just me. Again, I fully understand anyone else’s disappointment. Still looking forward to this set myself 😊

I agree with you one hundred percent, I'm glad I have extra guns from Valaverse Action Force pack because they have the BEST weapons than Hasbro. But we shouldn't have to put extra guns with this expensive pack. Anyway, keep up the great video!!
It just demonstrates the accountants are in full control of the design group. I have the originals of all these figures, and I really liked the idea of upgrading the molds (especially Daredevil), but not for that price, and certainly not for that mediocre a result. I think I still have the Frank Miller Daredevil issue where Elektra first showed up in the white outfit to fight Kirigi, and I really wanted to add that to my collection. But... no. Also, I'm sure the sai are made of soft rubbery plastic for child safety issues, not just to cheap-out (which is just an added bonus for Hasbro). But it doesn't make a lot of sense because dad isn't buying a $100 trio of action figures for Little Timmy, he's buying it for himself.
I was looking forward to this, but after watching Dave's review, I am reminding myself that I already have all three of these characters, comic book versions, and two of them as Netflix versions, with a movie version of one of them.
I could definitely see hasbro rereleasing daredevil in the retro line because the retro daredevil we got wasn’t even the one we saw in the animated series

I’d rather hands than guns. But that’s me. Legends will never be perfect. They are an above average base figure line. And let’s be honest, this is not the last time we will see these figures. It’s just that us collectors have gotten higher standards and expectations than when we first started collecting (Exhibit A judging a pinless renew your vows daredevil as “average”……. We are moving the goalpost here) I enjoyed the rant though

I had to pass up on this because I needed to save money this month for Christmas gifts but I feel better that I cancelled my pre order now after watching this, I loved the idea of the 3 pack but them giving us the white elektra vs the red version, the under painted DD and the gunless bullseye is such a Hasbro cheap shot, hopefully they release single daredevil soon.😅😅
Looks like Hasbro are the same as the crowd who like to steal accessories from new stuff, making them accessory thiefs. If l get this it will only be for crazy ass Electra hair.
I’m buying it regardless, the red Daredevil we have now on the Bucky-Cap mold is garbage and I don’t have the other Bullseye or Elektra, and white suit Elektra with the pinless joints and crazy hair alternate head looks pretty awesome to me
They're probably gonna release a new Bullseye that is pinless, a daredevil with the dark red accents, and Elektra in red within the next couple of years and this 3 pack is just to get some extra money out of us by selling the variant versions before giving us the versions that we actually want
I cancelled my pre-order of this three pack a few weeks ago, just too many things that didn't look right for the crazy price. Like you I really wanted this, such a shame they are deliberately making mugs out of us collectors! I appreciate that you're still being honest with your reviews though, there's a guy from the UK who never criticizes anything Hasbro do and funnily enough he gets to review everything first! He's misleading collectors and I genuinely resent that.
They need to stop intentionally making figures that lack something in the hope we will buy better versions when they re-release them. At this rate we're more likely to just stop collecting all together

as someone who has pretty much given p on collecting exept for ANYTHING daredevil. im not bothered, i havent bought a fig for about 8 months now so this arriving and opening this up, i overloooked every critisism
Well, trying to quickly summarize the 3pack and each character. Bullseye I'm disappointed because it's not the costume I wanted and it's going to be hard to buy it at the regular price either. And the lack of a gun is a bad thing and I bet hasbro will have a funny excuse since he is in the middle of a fight maybe DD knocked the gun out of his hand? That's why he throws knives and there's an empty holster XD. And I get angry when some figures don't have an accessory but it depends on the character and with bullseye I don't mind that much. I was more furious with: No fists, zapping fingers for GG and Hobgoblin. Or worse still, no wall crawling hands for spider-man. Elektra is cool face with fine smile and more focused and a little mad. Weapons and these sai, well, I think I prefer that we have such a soft plastic that will bend and we would have to heat it to fix it than more stiff one which could break, which annoys and stresses me so much. And DD in my opinion is very good, the best classic comic book ever. And well, you're right, it would be nice to see another mad head, but this face suits me the most, so focused and focused on hearing his opponents. And the painting is also not best, but it doesn't really bother me. he has his sticks and has two ropes in different positions which can diversify the display. However, I will get this 3 pack because I'm not 100% sure that the next DD will be as good as this one. And well, it was with the retro spider-man, maybe I have a better one, but I really liked that one as the classic John Romita Sr. scorpion I prefer the older one over the retro one. Now we have again, in my opinion, a worse Ghost rider etc..... I don't know if you did that but I would like to see you making a video about your top worst the most disappointig ML of each year or all time? Ane all of us could discuss this.
I haven’t purchased a marvel legends figure this year that I felt was worth the price. I love the new black Panther, I am so stoked to have this set of figures and I’ve loved the VHS X-Men but it doesn’t change the fact that I feel none of them are worth the price and I have become extremely selective. I’ve narrowed my collection down so much this year but I feel another wave of selling is coming. It’s not even that they are priced out of range for me, it’s just I’m having a much harder time justifying large hauls anymore with legends because I feel like I’m getting ripped off not to mention I just would rather buy higher end stuff like hot toys or Mafex over a single wave of legend figures with an underwhelming BAF. It sucks though, legend have always been my main focus
Dave, I completely understand your complaint about Bullseye. He's got trigger fingers and a holster, but no gun to utilize those details, which is a little ridiculous. However, the pistol that the original Bullseye came with is pretty terrible, just as bad as Electra's sai. I've already got plenty of those, and TBH, I'd just give him a better Mezco gun from my fodder box anyways. That being said, those pistols cost Hasbro less than a few pennies each, I assume, and since they're already charging extra for the set and the figures are 95% reuse with minimal paint, they don't really have an excuse for leaving them out.
I for one didn't want a new Daredevil on the RYV Buck. I wanted a new Daredevil on the Vulkan Buck. It is a VASTLY SUPERIOR body for anyone who isn't Spider-Man. I also wanted the Boots and Wraps that the black Daredevil has, but I can make that swap myself. Elektra should have been Red. No one, and I repeat, NO ONE, wants the white costume Elektra over Red. People would rather have her modern ninja outfit she had in the Defenders comic from a few years ago over the White Costume. More people want her Daredevil costume, over the White Costume. Bullseye is lame but doesn't piss me off. I see this as just getting Bullseye out again but with a slight change, so people aren't totally doubling up on the same figure.
So glad I didn't order this (and I really need a Bullseye and Elektra). I agree with all you said except for Elektra's hair, it looks absolutely ridiculous. That hair would look good on a drag queen only.
The title had me worried but after watching the video I’m happy I pre-ordered. I don’t have Bullseye or Elektra and the only DD I have is the armored version. I have hundreds of extra guns laying around so that isn’t a big deal to me. Agree they will likely release a better single-carded DD but I don’t regret ordering this.
100% agree with you here. Although .......... 😅. I am not a fan of these guns ( I believe they are the ones that came with the retro Black Widow?. And both of my gun barrels are warped, can't seem to straighten them) . So I have some in my fodder I can add to Bullseye thankfully ..... that's of course if the wife has got me it for Xmas ( I've given enough hints 😅). Great video David.
Hasbro is definitely very hit and miss these days. Got the venom and Knull two pack about a month ago and I still adore them. I have the mcu moon knight and it’s brilliant. I recently got the new black panther and Namor from Wakanda Forever and they’re both spot on figures, although the black panther definitely needed an alternate head sculpt without the helmet. As a primarily mcu collector, I feel a bit spoiled because hasbro is really putting some good mcu figures out there, but I feel the pain of the comic collectors too. I’d love to buy a comic daredevil but I’ll gladly wait for a single release with hopefully a better paint job
I am pretty sure they didn't put the alternative head on the new Black Panther in order to not circulate spoilers for the movie. I would not be surprised at all if we get a new release in a two-pack or something that has an alternative maskless head.
Your rant is *LEGIT* ...Hasbro *KNOW* what they're doing. The new Elektra head sculp is *NOT* by Frank Miller. It is based on her look by Marco Checchetto's current run on the Daredevil comic book right now. And I love his interpretation of Elektra🔥❤️👍. I vote with my wallet. I can wait for a proper figure of DD. I know they have the new Elektra in her DD uniform coming out next year, *THAT'S THE ONE I WANT* of Elektra.

I think we're starting to see the end of this line unfortunately. If Hasbro is going to prioritize squeezing every nickel of profit instead of appealing to an increasingly discerning collector base, eventually people are going to start tapping out. At this point I'd be happy with seeing another toy company try their hand at the Marvel license.

I'm just want the Daredevil and Electra, the Bullseye I have no desire for. The Electra I can put on my Marvel Knights display which I kinda have a bit of a Black and White theme going on with that shelf. The Daredevil, oh my God! That may be my new main Daredevil for my Collection!

It’s very true. If someone was collecting for the first time, they would have to buy a separate weapons pack to supply the figure’s that are missing them. They are Marvel Legends, not DC Multiverse, where the weapons are banned. Nice job Dave!!
That elektra head sculpt should have been used on retro dark Phoenix..

You're spot on with the DD and Bullseye review. No detailing on DD and no gun for Bullseye is unacceptable for the price point. I would give that Electra a much higher score, maybe 8.5/10 or even 9/10 because those head sculpts are amazing. I will be looking at Ebay to see if I can just scoop her up.

I can see the issues within this 3 pack but Ik personally that the original Bullseye is hella money on the aftermarket and I’m willing to go with a missing gun cuz I can probably salvage one from another figure and with the lack of paint on Daredevil I’ll take my chance givin it paint but thx for the good for thoughts David you are awesome ❤️

Another GLARING PROBLEM is that "The Pre-order" was SOLD OUT! Thus how is (or was) A PRE-ORDER SOLD OUT !?!? & I didn't even get one. Still mad and still don't understand HOW WAS AN INITIAL PRE-ORDER SOLD OUT ??

Another disappointment is that they could have made bullseye an upgrade by reusing the renew your vows arms and legs to give him the stronger, hard plastic joints. They are essentially updated Sunfire mold limbs so there is no reason not to start using them with characters that don't need two crunches.

Windowless packages are such a stupid move. Mainy because they're losing sales from mint on card collectors, and double sales from people who buy two of each figure, one for mint on card and another to open. Plus if the packing had a window, you could see that Bullseye didn't have a gun...
I have ONE Bullseye, ONE Daredevil, and ONE Elektra, all from their individual releases. Why in the h*ll did Hasbro make this with all the unnecessary changes and additions, etc etc. Oh, I know, money! Satisfy the collectors or new collectors who missed out on the Man-Thing Bullseye, etc etc. Great video and you nailed it!

I hope they release the daredevil figure as a stand alone figure because I'm not gonna spend who knows how much for a 3 pack just for the daredevil figure. Just re-release the daredevil figure on its own with the same accessories and add displayed open hands, BOOM perfect daredevil figure.

I want this 3 pack but it is a bit of a let down,like yeah the no gun for bullseye like come on now i gotta dig through fodder for my old bullseye to give it his gun,electra while nice ida preffered her in her classic red,now i gotta paint and watch i feel like soon as i do theyll release her again in red,daredevil i dig the new buck and articulation but hell screw those 2 non poseable staff effects coulda just gave us 1 bendy wire like the mezco one and jeez coulda put some linening on those dds cause you can barely make em out another thing i gotta touch up and again theyll probably re release it with the mods and up charge cause its what people want
I'm gonna keep it 💯, I was never interested in this 3 pack.
Bullseye is just a repaint and in my opinion, it's not an upgrade. Electra, on the other hand, is actually an upgrade but I only need one Electra in my collection, and I prefer the red classic costume over the white one.
Now when it comes to DD himself, I found the figure to look quite disappointing and it's not only because of the muted colors (though that plays a big part) but it's the mold itself. If renew your vowels Spider-Man is supposed to be the definitive Spidey, then this buck is too small for DD. In my opinion, he needed to be on the new Vulcan body, just swap the feet for the new Spidey feet, and he'd be perfect.
I got my Red DD from the Defenders 4 pack. I'm pretty happy with that one. This set is flawed, the Elektra and Bullseye aren't the definitive versions, and the Red DD sells the set. Its flawed, overpriced, and yet it sold out lol. No gun, No unmasked head for DD.
I think one Figure is Missing one pair of the left hands which is really Important for the Display.
But i needed daredevil and Mafex or SHF are too far away to Release one😒
And this is the reason I returned...you ain't afraid to call them out.

I have thousands of guns and Bullseye doesn't use them most of the time anyway. I'll manage.
RNV body is good, but the shoulders are terrible, they give the body such a bad silhouette. If they swap them with retro falcon's shoulders it would iöprove the silhouette waaaay more. I know it because I just saw a great retro symbiote spidey custom where they used retro falcon shoulders. It looks so damn good. Trust me guys that's the way to do.
I really hope they'll release a single carded release of the daredevil cause he looks awesome but I don't quite want to get that three pack just for him

Hasbro's been duping collectors for a long time, it just highlighted right now because of the price cost. Since the windowless packaging, hasbro's been committing false advertising by putting in a 3d rendition of the character in their box art far from the actual product collectors would get. Sometimes in those previews they will display it some weapons or including an extra accessories or hands etc. Then with the final product on hand collectors will just barely notice the missing parts or accessories. SMH.

Dave, I highly suggest you get the select beta ray bill and then you will see what real value for money is. That daredevil is the laziest thing I've seen, for such a long waited release. Not to mention how they keep using the same body for every female figure for the past 10 years. Did you see the gi Joe Zarana and how much articulation they packed in? And people keep praising the marvel team for giving them double elbows every now and then.

I get your disappointment, Dave. And more power to you and anyone else who doesn’t think this is worth the value. But I’ve been wanting at least 2 of these figures for a very long time lol. And I do feel that the new head sculpts and bodies compensate for the subjectively lackluster bullseye. And I never thought we’d get that full hair-head sculpt for Elektra. I have so many plans for that one lol.
So yeah I kinda subscribe to the idea that costs are going to go into certain details and take away from others. But that’s just me. Again, I fully understand anyone else’s disappointment. Still looking forward to this set myself 😊

I agree with you one hundred percent, I'm glad I have extra guns from Valaverse Action Force pack because they have the BEST weapons than Hasbro. But we shouldn't have to put extra guns with this expensive pack. Anyway, keep up the great video!!
It just demonstrates the accountants are in full control of the design group. I have the originals of all these figures, and I really liked the idea of upgrading the molds (especially Daredevil), but not for that price, and certainly not for that mediocre a result. I think I still have the Frank Miller Daredevil issue where Elektra first showed up in the white outfit to fight Kirigi, and I really wanted to add that to my collection. But... no.
Also, I'm sure the sai are made of soft rubbery plastic for child safety issues, not just to cheap-out (which is just an added bonus for Hasbro). But it doesn't make a lot of sense because dad isn't buying a $100 trio of action figures for Little Timmy, he's buying it for himself.

I was looking forward to this, but after watching Dave's review, I am reminding myself that I already have all three of these characters, comic book versions, and two of them as Netflix versions, with a movie version of one of them.
I could definitely see hasbro rereleasing daredevil in the retro line because the retro daredevil we got wasn’t even the one we saw in the animated series

I’d rather hands than guns. But that’s me. Legends will never be perfect. They are an above average base figure line. And let’s be honest, this is not the last time we will see these figures. It’s just that us collectors have gotten higher standards and expectations than when we first started collecting (Exhibit A judging a pinless renew your vows daredevil as “average”……. We are moving the goalpost here)

Looks like Hasbro are the same as the crowd who like to steal accessories from new stuff, making them accessory thiefs. If l get this it will only be for crazy ass Electra hair.
I’m buying it regardless, the red Daredevil we have now on the Bucky-Cap mold is garbage and I don’t have the other Bullseye or Elektra, and white suit Elektra with the pinless joints and crazy hair alternate head looks pretty awesome to me

They're probably gonna release a new Bullseye that is pinless, a daredevil with the dark red accents, and Elektra in red within the next couple of years and this 3 pack is just to get some extra money out of us by selling the variant versions before giving us the versions that we actually want

I cancelled my pre-order of this three pack a few weeks ago, just too many things that didn't look right for the crazy price. Like you I really wanted this, such a shame they are deliberately making mugs out of us collectors! I appreciate that you're still being honest with your reviews though, there's a guy from the UK who never criticizes anything Hasbro do and funnily enough he gets to review everything first! He's misleading collectors and I genuinely resent that.
They need to stop intentionally making figures that lack something in the hope we will buy better versions when they re-release them. At this rate we're more likely to just stop collecting all together

as someone who has pretty much given p on collecting exept for ANYTHING daredevil. im not bothered, i havent bought a fig for about 8 months now so this arriving and opening this up, i overloooked every critisism
Well, trying to quickly summarize the 3pack and each character.
Bullseye I'm disappointed because it's not the costume I wanted and it's going to be hard to buy it at the regular price either. And the lack of a gun is a bad thing and I bet hasbro will have a funny excuse since he is in the middle of a fight maybe DD knocked the gun out of his hand? That's why he throws knives and there's an empty holster XD. And I get angry when some figures don't have an accessory but it depends on the character and with bullseye I don't mind that much. I was more furious with: No fists, zapping fingers for GG and Hobgoblin. Or worse still, no wall crawling hands for spider-man.
Elektra is cool face with fine smile and more focused and a little mad. Weapons and these sai, well, I think I prefer that we have such a soft plastic that will bend and we would have to heat it to fix it than more stiff one which could break, which annoys and stresses me so much.
And DD in my opinion is very good, the best classic comic book ever. And well, you're right, it would be nice to see another mad head, but this face suits me the most, so focused and focused on hearing his opponents. And the painting is also not best, but it doesn't really bother me. he has his sticks and has two ropes in different positions which can diversify the display.
However, I will get this 3 pack because I'm not 100% sure that the next DD will be as good as this one. And well, it was with the retro spider-man, maybe I have a better one, but I really liked that one as the classic John Romita Sr.
scorpion I prefer the older one over the retro one.
Now we have again, in my opinion, a worse Ghost rider etc.....

Hey Dave pull the three belt pouches more to the right so that the center pouch aligns to the middle of his abbs that should fix the belt problem
I haven’t purchased a marvel legends figure this year that I felt was worth the price. I love the new black Panther, I am so stoked to have this set of figures and I’ve loved the VHS X-Men but it doesn’t change the fact that I feel none of them are worth the price and I have become extremely selective. I’ve narrowed my collection down so much this year but I feel another wave of selling is coming. It’s not even that they are priced out of range for me, it’s just I’m having a much harder time justifying large hauls anymore with legends because I feel like I’m getting ripped off not to mention I just would rather buy higher end stuff like hot toys or Mafex over a single wave of legend figures with an underwhelming BAF. It sucks though, legend have always been my main focus

Dave, I completely understand your complaint about Bullseye. He's got trigger fingers and a holster, but no gun to utilize those details, which is a little ridiculous. However, the pistol that the original Bullseye came with is pretty terrible, just as bad as Electra's sai. I've already got plenty of those, and TBH, I'd just give him a better Mezco gun from my fodder box anyways. That being said, those pistols cost Hasbro less than a few pennies each, I assume, and since they're already charging extra for the set and the figures are 95% reuse with minimal paint, they don't really have an excuse for leaving them out.
I for one didn't want a new Daredevil on the RYV Buck. I wanted a new Daredevil on the Vulkan Buck. It is a VASTLY SUPERIOR body for anyone who isn't Spider-Man. I also wanted the Boots and Wraps that the black Daredevil has, but I can make that swap myself.
Elektra should have been Red. No one, and I repeat, NO ONE, wants the white costume Elektra over Red. People would rather have her modern ninja outfit she had in the Defenders comic from a few years ago over the White Costume. More people want her Daredevil costume, over the White Costume.
Bullseye is lame but doesn't piss me off. I see this as just getting Bullseye out again but with a slight change, so people aren't totally doubling up on the same figure.
So glad I didn't order this (and I really need a Bullseye and Elektra). I agree with all you said except for Elektra's hair, it looks absolutely ridiculous. That hair would look good on a drag queen only.
The title had me worried but after watching the video I’m happy I pre-ordered. I don’t have Bullseye or Elektra and the only DD I have is the armored version. I have hundreds of extra guns laying around so that isn’t a big deal to me.
Agree they will likely release a better single-carded DD but I don’t regret ordering this.
Well, I did order this. It finishes the Daredevils and Elektras I need, and gives me 2 Bulleyes. I have extra guns, so I guess I can substitute.

100% agree with you here. Although .......... 😅. I am not a fan of these guns ( I believe they are the ones that came with the retro Black Widow?. And both of my gun barrels are warped, can't seem to straighten them) . So I have some in my fodder I can add to Bullseye thankfully ..... that's of course if the wife has got me it for Xmas ( I've given enough hints 😅). Great video David.

Hasbro is definitely very hit and miss these days. Got the venom and Knull two pack about a month ago and I still adore them. I have the mcu moon knight and it’s brilliant. I recently got the new black panther and Namor from Wakanda Forever and they’re both spot on figures, although the black panther definitely needed an alternate head sculpt without the helmet. As a primarily mcu collector, I feel a bit spoiled because hasbro is really putting some good mcu figures out there, but I feel the pain of the comic collectors too. I’d love to buy a comic daredevil but I’ll gladly wait for a single release with hopefully a better paint job
I am pretty sure they didn't put the alternative head on the new Black Panther in order to not circulate spoilers for the movie. I would not be surprised at all if we get a new release in a two-pack or something that has an alternative maskless head.

The new Elektra head sculp is *NOT* by Frank Miller. It is based on her look by Marco Checchetto's current run on the Daredevil comic book right now. And I love his interpretation of Elektra🔥❤️👍.
I vote with my wallet. I can wait for a proper figure of DD. I know they have the new Elektra in her DD uniform coming out next year, *THAT'S THE ONE I WANT* of Elektra.
