- Double Square knot (Sailor knot) bracelet - Unisex Bracelet - Jewelry can be used for both men and women - How to make copper wire jewelry by Lan Anh Handmade
Can do the same with earcuff, pendants and ring to form sets
With this form you can use any type of wire or wire size you have. Smaller diameter wires are easier to handle, but they are less durable than larger wires.
In the video I use :
17 gauge ( wire diameter 1,2mm ) : 2 x 19cm( 7,5 inch), 2 x 20cm( 8 inch)
19 gauge ( wire diameter 0.9mm ) : 2 x 2cm( 0,8 inch), 3cm( 1,2 inch)
24 gauge ( wire diameter 0.5mm ) : 2 x 30cm( 12 inch)
TIPS :
- Before doing, Always be sure to straighten the wire for a more beautiful product
- Can use a towel to straighten the wire.
- Refer to how to straighten the wire here • Basic guide - straight...
- If length of the bracelet is missing, can + a few chain to get the desired size
- Can be replaced with silver wire or gold wire for jewelry more valuable
Or simply use cheap material like copper wire to make gifts for friends, family or for yourself
- I just give way reference, not the best way. Can change size wire to suit your purpose. You can do better than me.
- I bought all the material and stones in where I live (Vietnam)
I used to round copper wire - magnet wire , it's the only kind I found where I lived for many sizes. I do not know exactly what type it was, can be normal copper wire, it have plating layer, and not dark by time

Hello again! I have seen you comment about the type of wire you use. You mention that this is the wire you are limited to as you buy local. Do you know if it is dead soft or half hard? I might guess, and might be wrong, that given a particular gauge (from 17g to 24g) would determine if half hard or dead soft is chosen. I thank you for your time!!! -Darlene p.s. I have a small variety of wires to choose from. I will mix them up as I am learning. Might not be as pretty...but then you just never know!!! :) :) :) At least I learn the weave!!! Thank you!
I didn't know exactly, someone told me it was a normal copper wire. I just follow instinct with what I find so I don't know about specialized materials.
You can change the wire size depending on the capabilities and materials you have

Porque a minha não mantém o brilho?
Eu costumava arredondar o fio de cobre com uma camada de chapeamento, e não escurecia com o tempo
Se você usar cobre puro, ele será oxidado. Você tem que oxidar, polir, depois cobrir uma camada de proteção para que não mude com o tempo. essa é uma regra geral, mas ainda não tive a chance de experimentar. Desejo a você sucesso e faça produtos mais bonitos

Dar Smith Geez! Just buy the wire on Amazon! OR Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, or Michael's, Wal-Mart, etc.
The wire is sold in multiple stores, just make sure it is the gauge that Lan Anh uses in her video.
The pliers and other accessories are also available where the wire is sold.
