1. Apart from Wakf and UCC, Modi Govt must redefine minority as per UN definition and take appropriate actions for those real minorities. Muslims are a second largest majority in the country and this must be specifically recognized so that Muslims themselves feel proud of it and its implications, 2. Implement CAA and NRC along with a law which suspends voting rights of suspected illegal migrants, convicted criminals, criminals under trial for serious offenses like murder etc. Put this law beyond judicial review under Schedule 10. Period. 3. Pass a law providing for stringent punishment and fines for individuals and organizations who cause damage or loss to public and private property during any agitation, dharna, bandh, rally etc. including suspension of voting rights, ineligibility of any Govt benefits, cancellation of passport etc. 4. All these steps will to secure India from menace of terrorism and appeasement politics.
Sanjay ji glad that the classification of”Minority “ is getting a logical questioning . I have been a very strong advocate of defining the term “Minority” and laying a criteria . The main idea should be to protect one religious practices , culture &traditions , language , etc which otherwise could be in danger of extinction. Further , a criteria could be laid for all such data points . Coming to religious minority, in a country of 140 core of a particular community has 15-20 crore people why are they still a Minority ? and why should they get special safeguards and treatment? Are their religious practices threatened , don’t they have sufficient number of places for worship? Is their language in danger of extinction ? I feel the government should lay a criteria in that if any religious groups population crosses 1%of total population , they should be considered as a main stream . For example Pasris whose population is around 60 thousand could be given some special concessions . The biggest joke is as you said that the majority in the minority group is a biggest crying baby . They have not hi jacked the term Minority and made synonymous with their religion. Like in india Xerox is synonym with photostating even in that shop they use Cannon machines 😊! or in rural india they say “कोलगेट किया “ to ask have you brushed ? Try calling a Sikh or Jain as minority , I am sure they don’t like to be included in such category Brushing the system is need of the hour
