Here is an effort by me and my team to put a little smile on your faces since we indeed are in the midst of all these lockdowns together. Thank you to Regine Velasquez as she is the original singer for this part of the track. This song was released in 1994. I’ve never had the chance of doing this with her on any stage, yet now here we are 26yrs later doing it in a truly entertaining way. Hi, Sir Gary Valenciano! I am not sure if you’ll have time to read all these comments (including mine), but I will take this chance. It’s really been a while since a new Christian music, featuring you, has been heard in the air. I am hoping we could once more hear new and inspiring Christian songs, especially from a known artist like you. Something that is really in line with what’s happening in our world right now will surely awaken both the souls asleep and lost. I think we have forgotten our first love and the turmoil we’re in now is just one of the awakenings. It’s hard to admit but we are pre-occupied with the things this world can give when it should be with the One who created it. I, too, am guilty and I hope all of us, professing as Christians, once more, will be stirred up from our slumber. May God give you wisdom as you write the notes and words into that next music He plans you to compose. Thank you again for taking time to read this (if you’ve read this). Gary! I saw you perform in Los Angeles way back in 1990. You had the crowd going with your performance and definitely earned your moniker Mr. Pure Energy! You still have the moves and energy and that is a testament to God!
