Based on another video I watched, I have a question. I start a lot of sentences with "I think"
How can I break that habit? What would be a good thought stopper for that? I am admittedly an overthinker, but I am growing bored with my thoughts and finding more and more value in silence. I've been practicing Centering Prayer for several months which has benefitted me in numerous ways.
It happens automatically. Noticing it is the first good sign. Then every time after using personal pronoun "I" or "I think" an obscure and slight feeling will appear that "it's smth wrong happening"
