Plot: MC realized that Monika never loved him, but instead she loved the person who controlled him. So, he breaks free from his control and kills Monika and takes control of the game. Unfortunately, it got corrupted by Sonic.exe and possessed MC. Soon, he kills the doki doki cast, turning them into his undead slaves. (Note: Monika would replace Natsuki)

Neither of them are the player. They're both characters from different games, each of which are controlled by the player. Considering that this is FNF, you would most likely be controlling BF. Perhaps MC went through the same epiphany as Monika, and broke free of the player's control. The truth driving him insane.
