Teddie is absolutely my favorite character, right before the chad Yu Narukami. He is just adorable, hilarious, charming, clever and such a great friend and ally. I love how inspiring and empowering Persona is, especially 4. Like I want to be like those characters and better myself because of them. 😄

To be honest, Teddie hitting on girls constantly was precisely why I hated him, but then knowing who he truly was made me rethink some stuff about him, making me see Ted as just someone who didn't know a lot about the world and just needed someone to teach him. He's one of my favorite characters from Persona 4 now!

I like Teddie, to be frank. While he's done or said some annoying and questionable things, I feel like he's still mentally and biologically a kid, and isn't really aware of the social decency he has to keep, so I let some of them slide. Teddie also doesn't exist only as a purpose of comic relief, he plays a very important role in solving the murder cases and I don't think people appreciate him enough for it
i've gotten like increasingly more critical of persona games as a whole and i'm not a huge fan of most of p4's central cast, but teddie's actually one of the few characters i really like from 4. pretty based take ngl
@@padq1183 i have gripes on more or less every front, but i'll stick to my reasons for not liking many of the central party yosuke i think is handled fairly well, i enjoy him as a character and think he has a really sweet relationship with the protag chie is awful, her central flaw reflected in her shadow is not brought up once before or after the confrontation with her shadow, her social link is boring, her jokes aren't funny, and the first introduction to her you get is her kicking yosuke in the dick for no reason, i genuinely don't know how people like chie as much as they do yukiko is just really boring and does nothing after her dungeon kanji is nice i like kanji and the message that his arc is trying to convey. rise is very annoying to me personally and i don't like her at all, though i can recognize that she's probably the most fleshed out and well realized party members teddie's good naoto is just as boring as yukiko and she's written kinda poorly. there's more to her than there is to like yukiko or something but i can't find much value in her wow looking back on this i think the p4 writers just don't know how to write women lmfao
While I've never hated teddie per se,I've never been the biggest fan of him either. While I do understand his importance as a comic relief I'm not a fan of his style of comedy of being horny for all the girls and randomly being rude to the guys except for narukami since to me,it undermines his moment of self-doubt in the end where he thinks that nanako is still"dead". He's supposed to embody self-discovering one's inner humanity which is something that I appreciate about him but I feel that it's bogged down by having his character acting like an annoying pervert when he becomes human(which I don't know how that last bit makes any sense in the first place but eh). Anyways that's my thoughts on him. I appreciate what he stands for in the story,but I feel that it could have been executed better.

Hell he straight up grabs rise breast (which I think is right after nanako death and comes back to life), which he should *definitely* know not to do by that point of the game. After that scene I wanted to slap him, he knew what he was doing and knew he shouldn't have done it, but as long as he plays the innocent mascot, he can get away with it. Morgana is worst tho, at least I hated teddie only at the end. Morgana is trash all the way through
Yeah, I know the mic isn't great. I genuinely have no idea how to fix it. It's weird too, considering that I also have a Blu snowball but somehow the audio gets even worse with it. I would love to the audio to be good, and I do edit it to the best of my ability, but unfortunately, that's the best I can do with the audio I get

Since he was essentially born six months before, it could be hard for him to properly understand social norms. I read that scene as him not knowing that he has to avoid touching there instead of him going out of his way to do it.
