Egg - 3 pcs.
Tomato - 1 pc
Cucumber - 1 pc
Cheese - 100 g
Sausage - 200 g
Salt - to taste
Sour cream / mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.

Preparation
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add salt to taste. Grease a pan with a little vegetable oil and fry 2 egg pancakes.
Slice the pancakes, sausage, cheese, cucumber and tomato randomly. I do not add tomato flesh to the salad as it makes the salad watery and loses its taste.
You can dress the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream. As I try not to eat mayonnaise, I dressed the salad with sour cream, in which case the salad should be salted to taste, so it would not be boring.
