Hi he is saying your right hand shoulder must be in line or align with pole number 2 and 4 then you lock your steering faster to the right. Its easy to understand when you're doing the lesson. Hope you will understand

Yes thats correct there ,so as you will reversing you will see your shoulder will be in line withe pole 2and 4 then you lock your fully to the right but if you are on full speed you will miss it
