還真聽過把人在雲南租房子改為民宿還是飯店，然後就比較賺錢，最後房東眼紅趕他們走，不租給他們。😢
@@TA-34911第一云南不是本地人情况下是不能转让，第二 房东是租15年每个月都可以收租金的😅，就算给你收回来那可要已经清楚写好盖了指纹印跟身份证合约确定下请律师打官司，输了可赔阿伟装修双倍更不划算
