I have really thick and unruly hair. I was thinking about doing this:
Kérastase Bain Oleo-Relax as a shampoo.
Kérastase Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste as a conditioner.
Kérastase Discipline Keratin Thermique Creme as a leave on after I pat my hair and before drying it.
I would use the Moroccanoil Smoothing Lotion as a day after treatment. (I tend to wet my hair everyday (without washing it) in order to style it. I wash my hair once every 2/3 days.
Do you think it would work? Additionally, I tend to lose a lot of hair, do you think that these treatments would help?

just got the oleo relax shampooand yes it works but my hair feels rougher as compared to when i was using discipline gentle...but my thick hair is more unruly with discipline although softer...im living in the mostly very humid top end australia...
I use kerastase resistance extentioniste shampoo and conditioner + L'huile elixir oil. But I feel like my hair needs more nourishment. I've seen an improvement after starting to use Kerastase but do you think in this case I still need a leave in conditioner? I dont blow dry my hair or straighten it anymore I just want help with the texture.

The oleo relax one is my favorite line from Kerastase. I have normal hair and not much volume and my hair is damaged from bleach. This makes my hair silky and smooth but it does not weight it down. 😃

Hey Mike, First of all thanks again for this video and I love the fact that you respond to so many questions 😊👍🏼 Which of the products you recommend for hair that gets woolly from humidity and always is tangled? No matter what I use, at the end of the day I have knots in my hair. I have fine but dense hair which is dry. I already use kerastase nutritive thermique and the mask nutritive from kerastase. Would the discipline products be a good option? I saw that most of them contain fatsoluble silicones 🙁 do you maybe know anti frizz and detangling products without or only with watersoluble silicones?
I think you need an oil for your hair. something that you can put in your hair during the day and keep it nourished and tangle free

Ermmm I live in a place where the humidity is fluctuating around 60% (drought seasons) to 99% (rainy monsoon seasons)... seriously I don't know anymore whether my hair is frizzy (but I personally don't think it is the main concern?), weaken and easily snapped brittle hair or just dry...?

I have gone with your recommendations, and today I washed with Bain Oleo relax and used the Blowdry concentrate Moroccanoil. The next product i'm going to get is the Tecni.Art liss control. if its thick and frizzy Id go for olea realx if it on the fine side id go for bain satin . bain satin 2 is very heavy so if your hair isnt thick go for bain satin 1 :) xxx

I have 2b curly hair, and the curls start from my neck and not from my sculpt. My problem is that I almost don't have frizz on my curls, but the frizz are on the upper part of my hair, above my neck.
I don't use a blow drier, I let my hair dry with air so I can have the curls; and I live in a bit humid city. Do you have a recommendation for an anti-frizz (or maybe moisture) spry that I can put on the upper part of my hair?
I don't like using products that make the hair heavy but I like to have shine on my hair

hey Sandra sorry i thought i replied to you. All soft is very rich are you using the mask or conditioner? if your hair is thicker and dryer use the mask. Kerestase is my old time fav when it comes to hair

I bought the oleo relax shampoo but then I saw it contains sulfate and I had read it is not recommended for dyed hair because it seeps the color. How do you think about? I see your hair is dye. Do you use it currently?

That kerastase discipline conditioner is obnoxious. I had such high hopes for it because of all the good reviews but it made my hair fluffy and more frizzy. Neither did my blowout last when i used this conditioner.

My hair isn’t super think or super thin. Kinda in the middle. But I don’t have curly hair. And I always hear ppl with curly hair suffer with anti frizz. But never enough about straight hair people, and it sucks cause no one really talks about it. I wish I could find a product that works 😩

Been there, try a no formaldehyde(natural) at home keratin treatment. It’s a life saver for this issue.
Shame that oleo relax oil was one of my favourite hair olis, but kerastase stopped making it and brought out a new version which ive heard aint as good as the original oleo relax oil.☹

Oh, so it's humidity the culprit?
The area that I am living currently has 82% humidity (this morning does rain)... at driest season it's like roughly around 60%? And sometimes it goes up to almost 100% humidity because of the long season of monsoon which bring all day long heavy rains and sometimes goes like weeks and nearly causing serious floods! And the indoor temperature fluctuates between 20 degree Celcius to 32 degree Celcius all year long, depending which season (drought season or rainy monsoon season) we are in...
By the way I'm from Malaysia, and I thought my hair is rebellious since I was a child XD

Looks like your hair needs moisture due to bleaching . I would recommend the nutritive range from Kerastase for that .

I'm a big fan of Kerastase❤️ Lima-Peru is very humid, but I currently use Bain Divalent shampoo (oily roots and dry ends) and Masque Densité (thin & fine hair), but I still cannot control my frizzy hair f🤷🏻♀️. Should I replace the masque with a fondant or just add a thermique or oil to my routine? Love your videos!

Hello, so I tried the kérastase keratin thermique leave in on my hair (type 4c, extreme shrinkage, medium density hair) and it worked wonder!! I use it for blow dry then flight iron and it is so soft! like salon.
Kerastase is amazing for afro textured hair if you find the right products. I have afro textured hair (4b) and I use Kerastase products exclusively. Oddly enough I didn't like their Curl Manifesto line though.
@cfoster6804 oh what other products do you use from them? I like the l'oreal professional curlXpression line as it works wonders but hate the smell so haven't rebought it. Never tried curl manifesto yet.

is your hair really frizzy? you have few options. you could use something like keratin termique and serum after or try steampod. steampod will keep your hair silky smooth for ages!

it is colour safe. It wont strip your colour , but its not a colour lasting shampoo. It wont make your colour fade xx
