I've included all of the hashtags for the creations featured in this video in the description, however if you're still having trouble finding them please try the following:
*Make Sure You Have Linked Your 2K Account*
You can do this on the online tab of the main menu by pressing Triangle (PlayStation) or Y (Xbox) to bring up the 2K Account options.
*Enable Cross Platform Sharing*
Once you've linked a 2K Account select Online Options from the online tab of the main menu and set "View and Share Creations With Other Platforms" to "Yes".
