Sadly it is because he is Belgian. His team only really market him to French speaking countries. Such a shame because he belongs on the world stage but he doesn’t do himself any favours by only usually communicating in French. I don’t understand why because his English is pretty good. Perfectly understandable and fluent. Of course his mother tongue is French and we don’t want him to deny that but he doesn’t include the rest of us in his communications. The problem is most of the advertising and even his insta stories are in French which immediately alienates the rest of the world. If I was his manager I would be pushing the English speaking to gain world wide fans on Twitter and Instagram. He has the talent... just doesn’t have the audience unfortunately.

Poétique a souhait...
Cette chanson doit parler à 99,9% d'entre nous. L'amour, un sentiment beaucoup trop complexe pour être expliqué, la souffrance de quitter l être aimé, tellement bénin évoquer ainsi mais si lourd de sens dans nos coeurs. L'humain malgré sa bêtise vit d'amour.
Cette chanson si personnelle m'a bouleversée... Ton talent immense ne fait que croître jours après jours Loïc, tu es un poète, tu partages tes histoires et tes émotions avec une incroyable dextérité a travers des mélodies et des mots, tout le monde ne sait faire cela. Cette chanson me rappelle un évenement vécu qui m'a mené vers une dépression cependant je n'ai jamais abandonné malgré l immense chagrin, c'est ce que tu as fais également Loïc parce que tu es un warrior. Loïc Nottet a the voice c'était entre autre : Diamonds. Des reprises de Lost on you, elastic heart... Tout prend son sens à présent. Je ne pense pas qu'il est possible d'écrire un tel texte a 23 ans sans avoir souffert.
Chaque fois que j'écoute cette merveille j'ai l'étrange impression de revivre un de mes souvenirs...
Beaucoup de personnes pensent qu'un chagrin d'amour se dissipe au bout de quelques semaines, pour ma part ça c'est produi a 16 ans, J'ai maintenant 19 ans et ça fait 3 ans que j'essaie de me relever. L'amour est tel une flamme, lorsque tu l approche elle te réchauffe, si tu la touches elle te brûle.

It's almost funny. Every time Loïc performs on television or gives a concert he leaves everyone speechless. And yet we hardly ever see him on TV and his songs are (almost) never played on the radio. If you like his voice, his music, his dancing … go to his concerts , buy his music, stream legally, suggest his name for festivals..., show your appreciation on social media, ask radiostations to play his songs........wathever . Let's fight this injustice together !

I have to say... I can count on a few fingers the number of songs that have made me cry. This one is special, because not only did it make me cry, but I have no connection to the message at all, which is usually what makes a song poignant. I’ve never been through a breakup because I’ve always been happily single. Loïc just made me cry over something I can’t even relate to. That’s how powerful his talent is.

I just stumbled upon his music after seeing comments on his video of singing Chandelier while being secretly recorded talking about his songs. I regret NOTHING. His whole discography is amazing. His videos are beautiful. His dancing and expressions are so heartfelt and full. His voice is so unique and beautiful. I really hope he can go so far. He's one of those artists who truly deserves all the support!

I found him through a compilation and went hunting for his music as soon as they said he was an artist. I own every one of his songs and I try to be there when he makes news songs. I love his music, his voice, his aesthetic, his choreography, and his strength. I can honestly say that he is my favorite singer.

Sadly I agree with the above comment. If he was from US or UK he'd be world famous by now. I think a lot of it has to do with marketing and most of his interviews being in French. It's a real shame but in a way it's good because fame is a horrible thing and he needs protecting so he can keep making music like this. :)

Merci Loïc. Ça fait plusieurs fois que j'ecoute cette chanson, mais c'est ce soir qu'elle a touché là où ça fait mal. Ça faisait un an qu'un ami qui m'a tant aidé à disparu et n'a plus laisser de nouvelles. Ça faisait un an que j'avais gardé ça au fond et que je n'arrivais pas à le sortir.
