Thank you for posting this, this makes me both happy and sad at the same time. I arrived in Japan for the first time on my 19th birthday and stayed for 2,5 weeks in a small apartment in Otaku. I didn't have a phone with internet so I walked a lot in the neighbourhood to discover places and got lost a few times, the road you start is where I would walk towards the station to go to my language course, you walked past the supermarket I would go to and some convenience stores. It's already 5 years ago but watching it again feels very special to me, thank you! I had booked to go back this summer but sadly I had to cancel.
Around the 13:20 is the MC Ds me and my friend ate at a couple times while we stayed in Ota City. Pretty sure you rode by the AirBnB we stayed at but it was tore down or they completely changed the outside. I also don't remember a Family Mart before the Mc Ds I was there for like 18 days at the end of Feb through March in 2019 that's pretty crazy it seems like it has changed quite a bit. Not sure if you'd know but if you were to take a right at that side street by the Mc Ds about a block or so there is a 7/11 if I remember correctly that's were I had my first Japanese egg salad sandwich 10/10. I was supposed to have a return trip to Japan in 2020 needless to say that didn't work out lol.

When I visited Japan for 2 weeks, my main hotel was like 4 blocks away from the Keikyu Kamata station. During the Tokyo portion of our trip we rode this station every day to get to places. Huge feeling of nostalgia watching this video and seeing the exact streets I walked.
Thank you for your comment. Kamata is original town of Tokyo I think. And There are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants between Keihin Kamata station and JR Katama station. Please come to Japan again after COVID-19. 😊
Same I stayed in a hotel by the Mc Donald's down by a pharmacy type store. It was a great town to stay in can't wait for the chance to explore more of Japan.
