Mam if a code established in society which is connect our directly through government because in our society here are the poor people are very harmful through our political system.
Mam one reform can be :
Maximum limit of holding assest for a political party should be fixed
Organs of the Party (Organizational Structure)
Powers and Functions of each of these organs
(Decision making power should reflect democratic spirit - no veto
power)
Method of appointment (and terms) of members to each of these
organs
Political parties should not b corrupted, these should be honest.

Political Parties can Also Be Reformed Through Increasing public participation: Political parties should make it easier for people to join and participate in their activities. This could be done by holding regular meetings and events, and by making it easier for people to volunteer their time and skills.
Promoting diversity: Political parties should actively promote diversity within their ranks. This could be done by setting targets for the number of women and minority candidates in their parties, and by providing training and support to these candidates.

The government did many reforms till now for betterment of the parties system, but further govt. Can also take some more step
Firstly the govt should proper insure the implementation of these reforms , any policy or law is the waste of paper until it impliment with honesty

Reforms the member who join a single party for life time don't have any right ti change because the members are changing according to winning party on that area. So it would demolished permanently to change the party.
