If you are traveling with another person, do you have to get two separate apartments? Or as an alternative, is it possible to get one apartment and one standard seat, and have the other person join you in the apartment except for takeoff/landing?

As someone who's been dreaming of one day taking a non-economy flight, I think I'd freak out with this kind of luxury. I'll probably have to build up to this by taking several business class flights first to realize it's okay to have a pleasant flight experience.

Honestly this just makes me sad we don’t have good nation wide rail we could be doing this all the time. This could be like 4 days New York to California. Amtrak is nice but not like this.

I think Emirates has better shower facilities on their A380. But Etihad Apartment is HUGE!!!!

Lol, this one was specifically a double suite. The other side of the cabin has individual suites with no partitions.

Honest question, if I dont drink alcohol and im on a diet so I watch my calories is first class worth it? Is its only benefits unlimited food and alcohol? Would you recommend business class probably the highest for someone like me?
I don't drink alcohol either and am quite picky with food and actually don't like a lot "fine meals". I fly business for the space and ability to sleep flat.
