What Ms. Narcisse says in conclusion of her contribution @13:24 - 13:44, are already in place by the very ICPR, UNHR, UNAI etc, if this Agreement is to do with development, the development should be geared towards Capital Works of each Nation, with no interference in the social fabric of the society of any Nation. We can work together to combat many ills like human trafficking, Contraband (weapons, drugs, chemicals etc), preservation of lands, structures etc, infrastructural enhancements etc, this is fine....but when you want to include how a sovereign people must live in order to be a part of your initiative, then the people would have demands, omissions, commissions etc. As a sovereign people, we reserve the right to include or exclude doctrines, philosophies, social practises etc, that are, or are not inline with our Core Values.
