I got a message from the “court” about some Financial Problems but the thing is, that I’m a kid. A 11 year old who got messaged by someone about something that I don’t have anything to do with. I don’t have any type of financial stuff. I messaged them back and told them that I am just a kid, but they said nothing. I’m scared and I don’t know what to do.
Please feel secure that courts do not transact business by text and rarely via telephone. If you received written communication via the postal service it should be given to your parent or guardian.
Swayzeo I have 6 people on my cell account. Would I be responsible for any texts they sent? What about a situation where I hand my phone to someone to make a call and they text someone from my phone? What about if someone picks up my phone without my permission and sends a text. Am I responsible for that one?

I would think whoever pays the phone bill is responsible for texting
