    I don't even know how I found you here, Katarina, but I am so happy I did! It's like a little miracle-- I thought I was the only one in the whole world with issues like these. Spending these 15 minutes in this deep focus helps me to believe that my voice, that I thought was inadequate my entire life, may be something I will come to love. I believe it will :)

    I came across your video on constantly clearing your throat and watched due to my wife has that issue. She doesn't do it all the time but when she gets hit with an episode, she can't stop again for most of the day. Then I looked at a few more of your videos, and this one made me have to comment on. As soothing as your friend may sound, for me your voice is much more so! I truly love your accent, I could listen to you just reading the phone book! I see in your about page that you are in Canada? I am as well, but I can't place what your accent is, but its not French, lol.

      Hi Dan, I am happy that you like my voice. I am originally from Central Europe but my accent is influenced by many different teachers I had throughout my life.

      How did it go? Even though, I believe that you need to do this practice for some time to be truly transformative.

    Dear Katrina, thank you so much your video. I'm going through a problem of being short of breath while talking. People who hear me on phone say that I sound breathless on calls. Moreover my voice goes hoarse during stress and snd I can hardly speak out. Please guide me on this problem

    • @healthyvoicetips
      @healthyvoicetips ปีที่แล้ว

      My suggestion is to speak to your doctor. Reasons for being breathless may be different. I cannot help if I don't know what is going on in your body.

I think i have some kind of anxiety that makes me speak like that when i interact with people. My voice isn't that deep but i always keep making it go deep is there a way i can stop this?😕
