Look for a video titled "BAND-MAID - Dice & Hate? at Lollapalooza 2023" for extended MISA goodness (and you'll have to listen; it took the director a little while to find her). Rolling Stone had a quip "... it was the bass solo-versus-guitar solo duels mid-song that got the biggest cheers. _This_ is what those guys in Guitar Center think their ridiculous riffing sounds like. Turns out it’s done best, and most effortlessly, by women in black-and-white maid dresses and frilly hair-pieces as they smile ear to ear. _-N.C."_
@@jeffersoncosgrove1910 The problem is the transition (unexpected!) between both songs is so great thx to Akane - and you lose a bit of that if you only watch Hate?
Good to see you back with a Band-Maid video, Shambles is a good one. Check out the double song combo of Dice & Hate? from this year's Lollapalooza show. Thanks for the reaction.
Yes, Shambles is the Akane show with special guest stars Kanami, MISA, Saiki and Miku. But wait! Was it really the Kanami show, because she wrote the song and played it with such forcefulness and exquisite abandon. Or was it the MISA show because without MISA, the rapturous drive of the song would be a ride on four flat tires. Or was it the Saiki show because she focused the sonic chaos into a song with melodies that could express Miku's lyrics like no other singer could. Without Saiki, Shambles might sound like a familiar instrumental. Or was it the Miku show because, damn, she wrote the lyrics, played the important rhythm parts, and added her unique brand of backup vocals that have become a defining "sixth instrument" of Band-Maid. So exactly whose show was it? It was the Maid's show, as usual! 🤘🎀🤘Thx, Mr. Scott!
Subscribed. Great performance and reaction! If you would like to explore more and expand your channel, may I suggest a reaction to BABYMETAL. Their music has a positive and uplifting message. They have a fun and awesome performance: BABYMETAL - PA PA YA!! (feat. F.HERO) (OFFICIAL) Or: MAYA【Live Blu-ray/DVD「BABYMETAL BEGINS - THE OTHER ONE -」"BLACK NIGHT"】 🖖 ❤

There's actually one with just Hate, which is really all he needs to see.
@@jeffersoncosgrove1910the call and response in Don't You Tell Me was awesome too.

@@realdocloco For a first reaction, I think you can do without Dice from this show. Hate, on the other hand, is one of a kind.
🤘
