As an Aussie myself I can see how they are losing the ability to speak English naturally though as their brain merges between Hungal and English all of the time. It must be really hard to do. Jake from Enyphen now does the same and now finds speaking in Hungal more easier.

People commenting about why Felix doesn’t seem as affectionate or cute with Chan. My take on it is that because they’re Aussies the age difference doesn’t matter and they can act like equal friends. It also seems Felix is more mature with Chan because Chan relies on him a lot. With other member Felix is a bit more extra but with Chan he can be chill. If you look at their body language, it’s open, nothing is crossed which means they feel safe and comfortable. Also I think Felix is keeping his posture straight as I think his back is still not great here.
Yeah I think Felix is babied by the other members (which is fine and cute) but with Chan they see themselves as equals, Felix is a lot more relaxed and open when he’s with Chan, I think Chan is his safe space, he reminds him of home so he acts like he’s at home. I hope that makes sense Lol

@@ameliaross9344 to be fair in all the felix episodes felix is quite chilled with everyone include changbin also infact in felix x I.n episode I was quite surprised to see I.n is more talkative there and he's taking the initiative most of the time to talk about various things with him and felix was literally enjoying most of the time as a listener here also I felt that way only infact he's more comfortable with chan to share about his thoughts like he's getting calmer now and all and Chan is also asking about his changes if felix is liking them or not which is quite a family thing between them and I believe most of us is same when it comes to be with our friends we act different than when we are with our siblings so why to judge felix for this he's also a human and already going through a lot of problems but the thing is let him do his things in his own space which can make him feel happy and comfortable 💗

You know, I used to think the reason Felix is so precious to Chan is just because of a sense of kinship due to being from the same country. But I think it's more than that. Chan gave up everything to chase his dream in Korea. He gave up his home. I think when Felix showed up, he felt a little bit like home to Chan, and he needed that. That's why he's a little more attached to him than the others.
I think so too. The way he talks about Felix, is them same way I think about my younger sister. She is my definition of home, Chan's is Felix. Just like Chan I too dream of living with her again later on in life. I don't know If she has the same dream, but it doesn't matter. The elder is supposed to love the young one more, just like with Chan and Felix.

I know what you mean. I don't have any siblings, but most of my neighbors do. I basically raised and watched them grow up as I was the oldest out of all of us. They act the same way you described Chan and Felix’s relationship with each other.

They know they both have grown up in Australia, and Idk about there but I am Japanese and had sept time in both Japan and the US.. the affection expressed in each country is different... and I kinda feel awkward getting clingy to American friends or even Japanese or Korean friends who should know about both culture, but I do get clingy or change the expression in front of friends back in japan... like idk in Japan girls hold hands or hug and kind of like aikyo? When I saw Bangchan's writing to Felix at the end of this video, the phrase, "I'll never leave you" just brought tears to my eyes. He has kept his word since the survival episode, when he said to Felix, "I'll never leave you yea? I'll always be there for you" when Felix got eliminated. This just shows how much they love each other and its just so heartwarming to see that 💕😭

i feel like felix being not very clingy and affectionate to chan is kinda his strategy to show that chan can rely on him, that he’s trustworthy and chan doesn’t have to take care of him or see him like a kid. i feel like he perceives the weight that chan carries on his shoulders and doesn’t want to be a burden. but felix is human too, and it seems like he’s a very sentimental one, so he can’t help to seek for chan when he needs to - like when he cried at chan’s shoulder for a while during the recent concert. anyways that’s just my point of view, i don’t really know them (none of us do) and i may be totally wrong hehe

not everything is salvageable footage. there must be moments where they don't know how to change the topic or make conversation and it becomes a little awkward and the director/staff would need to redirect the conversation to keep filming, so an entire session might be 1hr+, but the usable footage they get out of it can be only 15 or so minutes.

bang chan loves people so selflessly like very very selflessly that I fear he'd lose his self worth, I'm surprised how this man is always giving immense amount of love and care to people around him, he is very very expressive when it comes to love, I hope he doesn't lose himself while loving others, he's truly unreal, hope he receives the same amount of love he gives to people around him. he deserves the world truly literally the world.
At first it seemed like Felix was uncomfortable or didn't want to talk much, but after watching the video and really understanding more about that relationship(plus reading the comments) it'd more like Felix is showing more maturity, reliability and growth with Chan because they're literally like brother outside the Koren spectrum of things. Like Felix doesn't have to be the quote on quote younger one, he can just be 100 percent himself because it is just him and Chan. So ig he wasn't uncomfortable but more of just showing reliability and maturity.

It breaks my heart that Chan is so insecure about literally everything. It's painful how much it shows in this video : asking Felix to go shopping with him because he's not confident enough to pick clothes, saying he can't wear rings because his fingers are "ugly", being relieved that Felix likes the present him better... I don't have the money or the means to go to a fanmeet event, but I truly hope that out of all the fans that went to talk to him, at least one of them grabbed his face, looked him deep in the eye and told him all the beautiful things about him. I hope that someone told him about how handsome and utterly stunning he is and that at least once, he believed it. This man really deserves the entire world and he doesn't even realize it... Even if you couldn't figure it out on your own, he himself has directly mentioned how his long years of isolation and stress as a child trainee alone in a foreign country made him shut down his emotions to a dangerous level. I just want to say, as a fellow Korean who was born/raised in a different country, being in Korea can be quite disorienting. For me, I’m from the US but in America, I’m not American enough and in Korea, I’m not Korean enough. When you meet people on the same boat as you, there’s almost an instant camaraderie. Felix and Chan both left their home/family and came to a situation that was probably isolating and competitive (and culturally very different), I can’t imagine how comforting it must have been to find someone who will truly understand all of that and go through the hard times together with.

Today i realized that Chan is much more sensitive and dramatic than others 💜, cause he have experienced a lot hard times, being a trainee for so long and spending his precious childhood only dancing and singing... While Felix... He was a real child when they debuted, but he also felt the risk of being out, you now, that elimination stuff... 💚 However, he is a bit more confident than Chan, cause he have debuted after some month of being the trainee, while it took Chan for 7-8 years... Chan always tries to rich an ideal, while Felix is a bit more relaxed. However all of them are really struggling and working hard. I am in multifandom, however i respect SKZ the most, cause they deserve much more than they have achieved 💚💚💚 STAY forever guys 💜

13:30 I think I can honestly say that I like bangchan the way he is now more than the newly debuted one, solely because he seems more relaxed now. not in the sense that he has lesser work to do, but more in the way that he seems mentally unburderned, and more happier.
I feel like the work chan and skz as a whole, put in didn't match up to the results they got in the eras before gods menu. the ratio was just off, and it was obvious that they deserved so much more. their popularity skyrocketing after gods menu probably put their minds at rest regarding the whole "is our next release going to do well?" thing bc it gave them a large and stable fanbase.
i feel like he wasn't mentally well during a certain period, but im really glad to see thats not the case anymore (I hope, at least). It feels to me like the world's finally compensating him for all the hardships it put him through.

I think he Felix respects Chan so much and that makes him want to be seen as a mature, respected part of the team in Chan's eyes. I think he wants to impress him, to be seen as someone who can take care of himself, who doesn't want to burden Chan further. I do sometimes wonder, though, if that inadvertently hurts Chan's feelings. I get a pretty strong sense from Chan that he would LOVE for Felix to treat him the same way as he does the other members, because I think Chan has been trying to get rid of the intimidating leadership / oldest group member stereotypical dynamic for a long time, and having Felix treat him differently might sometimes make him feel like he isn't succeeding in being where he wants to be among them socially (equals). I think it's a super interesting thing to observe in groups, the way they change around group dynamics and how sometimes two people can be trying to accomplish something they think will please the other member, but the concepts clash. Just a really interesting social discussion to be had. In any case, I think they have a lovely brotherly relationship, and I'm glad they'll always have each other!
I completely agree, I think all the members don't really initiate a lot of contact. Its typically Chan. Low key hurts my heat because I see how touchy they are with each other. I see so many Chan loving the member videos, but there are so little members loving Chan. Not saying they don't love him behind the scenes I would just like JYP to show us more thats basically my main problem. I know they all love and care for each other.

@@CodedBliss i know, it's really sad ;/ but I noticed that in environments that are not controlled (for example the live fan meets they had in Seoul) - they still interact, and Chan hugged him so dearly when Felix cried. That's why i love concert fancams, they usually have some fun moments on stage :)
