- Super quick and easy upper body warm up I always do before I train 💪🏼
All you need is a resistance band 📿
I do around 10-20 reps for each exercise and make sure to still acclimate properly when you're training!
Exercises:
- Dislocations
- Banded pull apart (overhand)
- Banded pull apart (underhand)
- Banded rotator cuff rotations (external)
- Banded rotator cuff rotations (internal)
- Banded rotator cuff rotations (90 degrees external)

Bro we literally have the same warm ups I love it. I add two more variations of pull aparts, one with hands rotated up and pulling it towards my chest at a 45 degree angle and pull aparts above my head, squeezing lats - this is good for push and pull days.

I tried it after watching you do it and my upper chest is fried and i was thinking to do the same with close grip bench and thank god I didn't 🥶

I can't believe everyone misses a really good one. Get the band and wrap it around each hand. Then stretch it out above you. It basically replicates hanging of a bar. I do it and it loosens up my whole back, especially lower back. I'm doing a temp office job and use it in between breaks.

Oh amazing mate, I suffer from a bit of a dodgy soldier and it get especially bad on my push days. I’ll deffo incorporate this in my warmup routine

You go to wide out on your rotator cuff rotation.
That nyash at the end tho😂
I would recommend doing the rotate cuff movement after ur workout, followed by a lazy hang on a pull up bar. Mobilization of the shoulders is great, but weakening the cuff's prior to the workout is reducing ur stability strength.
Futher more if its chest day it stretches the chest a little which is more beneficial post workout. My 2 cent gl

I hurt my rotator cuff when I was shoulder-pressing the kettlebells and doing a deltoid fly yesterday. My shoulder is very tight because I do not train my shoulder as often. But I am planning to work out my shoulder now every week. I realized training muscle shoulder also strengthens our pull-ups and bench press because the core is involved. I hope the warm-up you just taught me here helps me ease the tightness of my shoulder and pain while lifting heavy weights for my shoulder. Do you also experience shoulder pain when you were once a beginner long ago?
always warm up before any workout to reduce injury , i just seen his video too and will try this warmup. never go into workouts raw warmup up 5-10mins always is key

If you can, otherwise, working as close to failure as possible is fine. I cant really work to true failure most of the time, but as long as you push to the point where you only have 1 or 2 reps left youll be good!
